Located in a quite neighborhood where shopping is near by. Easily access downtown Dallas and many other areas of Dallas. Studio is well kept, clean and comfortable. The hosts are available and accommodating. Another great stay.

Victorian Studio

Studio is located in a quiet older neighborhood. There is shopping nearby. It is maintained well and equipped with all the amenities you would need for a short or extended stay. The owners of this lovely studio are on site and are extremely gracious.

comfortable stay

The Studio is even better than pictured. Leonard and Veta were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed to feel at home. The property was very clean and well kept. We were in Dallas for the State Fair and the proximity and location were perfect. I highly recommend this property.

A true gem

We had an excellent stay — this very large studio had everything we needed for our family of four, was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, and the hosts could not have been more gracious. Highly recommended.

Unique comfortable property

Very spacious studio with spectacular furnishings. Close to Casa Linda Plaza, Buckner and Ferguson Roads and Highway 30. The location was just right!We were visiting our daughter’s family nearby and did not spend much time at the property. However, it was delightful to have a quiet retreat where we could relax, watch tv and enjoy a leisurely breakfast before jumping into our day with family.

Lovely vintage suite. Everything you need is provided with this rental.

This is a true vintage suite located in an older established neighborhood of east Dallas. Many mature trees on the large lots.The hosts are so accommodating and helpful. They have equipped this rental with everything you need. Clean, extensive kitchen amenities, nice linens,bathroom acceessories, very spacious and comfortable. Would definitely return.

Nice ,clean and convenient for downtown dallas

Good experience, Our booking got conflicted with another customer for the same room at the same time but the owners have a similar studio up stairs. They call me and offered me the other one so we got it. They said it was booked at the same time but our in second place.

Carmen and her family were very delightful guests. We enjoyed hosting them. They took excellent care of The Loft and honored all house rules. Everything was left in excellent condition, and we hope to be able to host them again sometime in the future.
