This charming free-standing villa is awaiting you! Stunning views over the large lagoon on the 11th Fairway of the Ocean Winds Course with three decks offers a serene space to relax under the warm Seabrook sun. A convenient short stroll to the beach via Boardwalk #3 (about 12-15 minutes). Sealoft Villas also have their own private community pool for your use.
Come up the stairs and find one of your first decks with new outdoor bistro dining table and chairs. Enter into the open floor plan with new flooring and paint throughout. A comfortable new sectional for ample seating and a new 50" Smart TV make the perfect spot to unwind. (Please note that fireplace is for decorative purposes only). The dining area sits off the kitchen and seats 6. Large windows in both areas let in the beautiful sunshine and warm breezes. A galley kitchen consists of granite counter tops, stainless steel refrigerator and custom cabinets. Off the living room you will find a laundry closet with a full-sized stacked washer and dryer.
The first floor of the villa has two en-suite bedrooms. A primary bedroom with King bed, new 34" TV, double closets and private deck with new bistro table and chairs make it the perfect spot to enjoy that morning cup of coffee while enjoying the view of the lagoon and golf course. The private bath features a large tiled walk-in shower and granite topped vanity. You will also find a spacious second bedroom on the main floor. This room has a Queen bed, TV for streaming, double closets and a private bath with tub/shower combo. Head up one flight of stairs to the loft. Two twin beds, a half bath, and private sun deck with new chaise lounge chairs round out this space. A cozy nook is included for reading, games and puzzles. Please note the loft is open to the living area below.
The villa is nestled on the lagoon and makes a tranquil resting spot to watch the bird wildlife. The outdoor space includes a covered car port with one additional parking spot and a shower to wash off the beach sand. Also included is a patio with a table along with lounge and sitting chairs. The patio is equipped with a propane gas grill .
Nearby Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Market offers boat rides and rentals, restaurants, and a variety of quaint shops. And, don't forget the charm of historic Charleston, with its rich history, open air market and a variety of sightseeing venues. This tropical island retreat truly has something for everyone!
