Your own private 15 X 32' seasonal Pool! Seasonal 6 Person Hot Tub when pool is closed! We are on the backside of Blue Springs Ranch Resort. Just a short drive to Riverview Ranch, Campbell Bridge and the Meramec River. Just 7 1/2 miles from Interstate 44 exit #218 Bourbon Missouri.
Planet Sub, Uncle Earnies, Bourbon Cafe and Coffee Saloon & Town Tavern are a few places for food.

Town and Country Supermarket, Bremer Hardware and Family Center are also in town.

Place was clean and homey. It had everything we needed for our family weekend getaway. Place was big enough for us to spread out and family areas were big enough for us all to be together.

Beautiful house. Perfect location to float the beautiful meramec river. The house has everything you need for your stay. 10 adults slept comfortably. The pool is such a plus. Will definitely return.

Family fun

It was just perfect. Beautiful log cabin with lots of space for everyone. The pool was beautiful and we all enjoyed it a lot. Very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay there again.

Gorgeous and relaxing

The property is very well suited for large groups work plenty of room inside or out for relaxing of other activities. The kitchen is well furnished and bedrooms are comfortable. Theresa was very communicative throughout the stay and we definitely plan on rebooking for future vacations.

A great quiet getaway

Peace and quiet with all the amenities. A pool, jacuzzi, smart tv, and a full kitchen are all you need to just unwind and be with your people. So wonderful.

Family Christmas

We rented this amazing cabin for our family Christmas Eve gathering. It was spacious and cozy, and provided all that we needed to host our family Christmas. The cabin was nicely decorated for the holidays. We very much enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to coming back!!!

Camp Bachelorette Weekend

We stayed at this amazing log cabin for a camp-style bachelorette weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The cabin was cozy, spacious, and had everything we needed for a fun and memorable stay. The setting was beautiful, with great outdoor spaces to hang out and enjoy the scenery. It was the perfect mix of rustic charm and modern amenities. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great spot for a girls’ getaway!

A quiet oasis

This is a beautiful cabin and was nicely decorated for Christmas during our stay. It's a very quiet location. Unfortunately, our family only had a short stay in this convenient location for a nearby family funeral we attended, but it made the most perfect oasis for us. The back deck is really spacious and has a beautiful view and a well-maintained hot tub. We really must return under different circumstances and warmer months to fully enjoy this fantastic rental property. Highly recommend!

We loved our cabin; it was beautiful and fully equipped for our family!! Our grandchildren kayaked, tubed and floated all day and enjoyed the pool in the evening. We experienced a storm and lost power, our host quickly got the generator going. We can't wait to go back!!

Fun at the pool!

It rained our first two days but the house is big enough to play games and we watched movies. The next two days were all about the pool and we had so much fun! They have beach towels and plenty of pool toys. We took a nice walk to the Meramec River at Blue Springs to see the flooding. This is our second visit with family & it was perfect.

Great Cabin Getaway with Family

Great stay with easy access to Blue Springs Resort for float trip. Family was a bit disappointed the hot tub wasn't filled and saw the sign not to be used during Summer only Fall - Spring, but the pool was great. Definitely worth noting the rooms, only 4 bedrooms, while beds are in a loft over the living room/kitchen. They don't get much peace or privacy, but we're all family so it was okay for us. Host was very responsive with everything we had questions on, which was great.

Float Trip Cabin

We had a great time and loved being able to walk to blue springs ranch for our float trip. I would say that this place really only has 4 bedrooms though. There are other sleeping spaces but they do not have doors. We were expecting there to be a hot tub and there wasn't so that was somewhat disappointing but the pool was great.

The house was beautiful, however it said 6 bedrooms and laundry and a three bathrooms. But apparently only if you only have more than 10 people. When I rent a house with 6 rooms I expected there to be 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. That was disappointing, but overall it was nice to stay

Wish you would have mentioned needing it during your three days stay. It was clean and could have been opened if needed. Normally under ten doesn’t need or use it so why clean another level if not needed. You never mentioned it while staying and messaged that everything was good after you left and you all had a good time…

Beautiful property - perfect for our family!

We booked this property for our annual family vacation and really enjoyed our stay! We always enjoy the log cabin feel and the decor was neat…lots to look at. It was so nice to have a private pool…the 3 kids swam multiple times every day. We cooked all of our meals there and I have to say it had the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever seen. The sleeping areas worked out well for our family of 8….the 2 teenagers even got their own rooms which they were excited about. The only issue we had (and it wasn’t the owners fault) was that the washer wouldn’t drain, but the owner came over shortly thereafter and swapped out washers so all was good. The property borders Blue Springs Ranch but we didn’t have time to float - however it’s very convenient it you wish to do so. This property checked all of our boxes, and we will definitely be back!

Rustic Cabin

This is a great place to stay if you float the Meramec! Super close to Blue Springs Ranch. It was super clean and well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and they provided soap, shampoo and conditioner in the showers. Upstairs it has a king size bedroom and a loft area that is open with a queen bed that sits back in a nook area so it can't be seen and full size bed. The bathroom is huge and the shower is too. The main level has 2 bedrooms with a bathroom with a tub. The basement level has a queen bed that is just out in the open. There is a bedroom down there that is a single. If someone is staying in the single they have to walk by the queen bed to get to their bedroom. There is a nice deck that looks out into a beautiful yard and the pool. It is very quiet and peaceful. The hot tub is only open fall and spring so a little disappointing. This is a great place to stay with a group of people or family. If you do float Blue Springs take a left out of the driveway and it's a short drive to the store. Don't follow google maps. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a great time.

A really nice place to stay and catch up with some old friends, the kitchen was really nice as well as the hot tub. Beds were comfy and the upstairs shower was luxurious. It was a cozy place to stay during a cold weekend. Really pretty area and a responsive host what more can you ask for?

We are just behind Blue Springs Ranch, the Meramec River, not far from Onondaga Cave and Wineries and Distillery in the area. Your own private pool open May-Sept. All season 6 person Hot Tub for relaxing. Enjoy your own fire pit with seating and plenty of yard to play.

Real Log Cabin built with our own hands in 1999. New Bathroom, deck railing and Hot Tub installed this year. You have your own private gated community behind Blue Springs Ranch. Pass is required from their store if you visit. We have other 2 bedroom new cabins built in 2022 on the property for more rentals if you have a larger party or many friends and relatives. We have just redone another Cedar Home on the same road and added a pool to it. It has 6 Queen beds, 2 full baths. Find us at Rockwoods Ridge Cabins on Facebook.
