Beautiful home with Heated Pool, Outdoor Bar, Spring Training, Golf

Beautiful, newer, 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 6 beds, sleeps 10. Private pool with waterfall and grotto, huge backyard, lounge chairs, gazebo, firepit, outdoor wet bar, ping pong, cornhole, giant Connect4 and an additional under cover fire table. Basketball court is a quick 4-5 minute walk. Quiet neighborhood, close to grocery/food. Smart TVs in all bedrooms. Pool cannot be heated in December or January. We DO have security cameras in the driveway, front door and back yard for safety purposes. We do NOT monitor guests, and have no intentions of viewing them during your stay, only in the event of an issue.

*POOL CANNOT BE HEATED IN DECEMBER OR JANUARY* Pool is heated for a fee in October, November, February and March.

Please report accurate number of people staying in the house. We have had issues with people saying 3 and bringing many more. We do not allow parties.

Goodyear Ballpark is 6.7 miles away or a quick 14 minute drive.

State Farm Stadium in Glendale is 19.5 miles away or 23 minutes in light traffic.

Guests should consider a rental car for your stay. Uber is not readily available in the area. If you wish to use Uber, please schedule a pickup in advance on the app to ensure you have a ride when needed.

This was by far the BEST Vrbo we have ever stayed at. Not only did the house have anything and EVERYTHING you could think of or need, but also they were the most accommodating with checking in early and leaving a little bit later. When we are back in Phoenix we will definitely be staying here again!!!

Spring Training

Came from Ohio to see The Guardians play at spring training. The house was perfect, only 15 minutes from the stadium, hiking trails close by and weather was great! Had everything we needed! Loved the outdoor area!

Golf tournament for Dad

I have stayed at several VRBO properties over the last few years. This property by far blows all the others away. SPECTACULAR is the only way to describe this place. My four sons, who are Dads themselves and four of my seven grandsons were able to come from Boston, Dallas and Milwaukee for a long weekend golf tournament. This was way better than any five star hotel. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Spring Training Visit

Our stay was excellent! This VRBO was well stocked (even with infant items), had tons of space both inside and outside for relaxing/entertaining for a large family, and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. You do need a rental car as it is a 30min drive from the city/airport/stadiums but there are close food options (Jacky’s food truck is delish!) and grocery stores within 10min drive. Only thing that would have made this stay 11/10 would have been if the weather was alittle warmer as the pool was chilly but the hot tub was perfect! Thank you!

Family gathering at an extraordinary venue

Chose this property for a family gathering on the occasion of my wife’s birthday and received high praise from every single guest. The house had all the amenities you could possible want and the outside entertainment area that was positively superb. Plenty of space to spread out and everything you could want for a relaxed get together. Five stars +1

Amazing Buckeye home!

Best rental home we have ever used! This house is in a great location for lots of activities around the Buckeye area. The house is stocked with high end conveniences, like an espresso machine, Keurig coffee maker that brews drip coffee and k-cups super fast and super quietly, every kitchen tool we wanted, a wood pellet grill and a gas grill, the list goes on. There was nothing we wanted that we didn’t find. We had great fun in the pool with floaties and a basketball hoop. The hot tub stayed hot, used it every evening. Beds very comfortable, no complaints from anyone. We had our adult family ages 27 to 86, with all of us agreeing this was a five star experience. The owner Sue replied almost immediately to our questions before we arrived and we found everything as advertised. What a great place!

Outstanding in Every Way!

This vacation rental exceeded all of our expectations and made our family vacation truly unforgettable! The house itself is stunning – it easily accommodated our group which ranged from a child to an octogenarian, everyone had plenty of space to relax and unwind.The outdoor area was an absolute paradise. The private pool was a huge hit with everyone, and the expansive backyard offered something for all of us. From the relaxing hot tub and comfortable lounge chairs to the charming gazebo and inviting firepit, we spent most of our time enjoying the incredible amenities. The outdoor wet bar was a fantastic bonus, and the games – ping pong, cornhole, and giant Connect 4 – provided endless entertainment. Even the covered fire table area was a perfect spot for evening gatherings. The short walk to the beautiful park was also a plus, especially for our grandchild.Beyond the incredible property, the host's hospitality was exceptional. They were gracious, responsive, friendly, and professional, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was seamless. The house was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making it feel like a home away from home.Our stay was nothing short of first-class. This vacation rental truly elevated our vacation experience, making it the best one yet! We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and fun-filled getaway.

Everything a large family needed

We Decided to spend Thanksgiving in Arizona this year. I chose this house since it seemed to have all the space that we needed for our family. Well This home is fully equipped. No need to run to Walmart to buy extra dishes or frying pans. Spice rack was fully equipped as well. Every room had TVs. Even the outdoor patio area. The home had game boards a wii console for the kids. A piano where I practice a few songs. Lots of bathrooms, quiet neighborhood.. AC unit in the master bedroom separate from the rest of the house, which was a plus since I like my room cold and my other family likes it hotter.. the host was really kind and heated up the pool for us. The hot tub was very relaxing. Many options were to sit outside at the back patio. The only negative thing I can find was the Keurig machine did not work, but they did have an electric kettle pot in the pantry which we used and made coffee since we had our instant coffee with us. They also had an ice machine.. this house is highly recommended and we will be staying here again in the future. And of course, the host were really kind and communicative. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home.10 out 10!!😍

Amazing Vacation Home

Home was neat, clean and well stocked with provisions. The open floor plan was quite conducive to family gatherings. Yard was really nice. Home away from home

This home was beautiful. Not only was it beautiful but very well equipped. There was a lot of thought put into staging this property for guests. From the essentials in the kitchen to the curling irons in the bathroom, this host thought of everything. Not only was everything there but the best quality. I even ordered the can opener. That was there for my home. Lol. Communication was great. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating

It's a great family home, the kids love everything about it, from the games, the rooms, the pool, and especially the jacuzzi, it will be a great summer home when we come back next year, thank you and see you soon..
