1.3 Miles from Goodyear Ballpark where the Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Indians have Spring Training! 3,000 sq foot home with private pool and outdoor cover patio to entertain. Game room with Foosball and poker table. 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, living room and bonus room. New bedding, pillows, sheets, black out shades in the bedrooms, furniture, lights, and upgrades through out. Kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances, pots and pans, Keurig, crock pot, air fryer, utensils, etc

What a beautiful home!

We had a wonderful stay, although too short in our opinion. We absolutely love the house. It was clean, comfortable and very spacious. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you to our hostess who was always in touch and answering all questions. Great place to stay!

Graduation stay

I decided to rent this place for my commencement ceremony weekend and it did not disappoint. The place is large enough to accommodate a big family and Megan was very responsive and awesome! The neighborhood is quiet and located very close to Fry's, other stores, and I-10. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this location if you are in the greater Phoenix/Glendale area.

Amazing house with a great host!

I've stayed at other houses plenty, and this stay was by far my favorite! There were 10 of us total (all adults), and there was more than enough room for everyone. The host was very nice, and communicated so well. She really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable!

Perfect Stay

We drove straight through from Missouri to bring our son to school. We arrived exhausted and cranky! Megan was incredible. She had us all set up. A door code later we stepped into a beautiful oasis! The house was clean and well stocked. It was so so comfy. And the patio and pool were a nice relaxation after long days of moving shopping etc. Contact Megan if you are looking for a seamless stay that meets all of your needs and wants.

Great Stay for multi-family travel sports

The house was perfect for our travel sports stay. We had a group of moms/teen daughters for a meet. Plenty of room, a bunk room the kids shared, a large kitchen for meals, great pool, we just wish the weather cooperated so we could go in. Our kids want to stay again when the weather is warmer. The host let me know hours before hand that the house was ready if we wanted to check in early, that was great! The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. Thanks for a great stay!

Here for the NASCAR

Awesome set up for a group of adults. Everyone had enough space and ability to be private. Location to the track was perfection for the championship three day event. Close to grocery and variety of restaurants. Also for the days not at the track really close to a large selection. Of hiking options.

nice neighborhood. Great neighbors Walked around the neighborhood to see christmas decorations. only drawbacks were the beds were extremely uncomfortable and not enough silverware / plates /glasses to accommodate large group. Also blender and hand mixer would be a good idea for future guest

Good Times in Goodyear!

The house is in a nice neighborhood and located close to shopping! Grocery stores, restaurants and Target if you forgot necessities. The floor plan of the house has a nice flow! Our group felt very comfortable being together and able to enjoy different areas of the house. There is a bedroom and full bath on the ground floor. The kitchen was stocked if planning on cooking in. It was a perfect retreat after a day of busy activities. The weather during our stay was cool most of the time so did not get to enjoy the pool but was nice relaxing in the sunshine in the pool/patio area.
