I absolutely loved this little property! I stayed for 10 days while showing at WEC. It is very conveniently located in a lovely, quiet area. The property itself was very clean and comfortable with thoughtful touches like labeled light switches, plenty of towels, extra linens and blankets and storage in the bedroom closet. I cooked most nights and the kitchen had everything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again!!

Cute mini farm house

Cute little house on quiet property. Close to WEC and lots of restaurants/shopping. Enjoyed our stay and manager was very responsive and helpful.

Fantastic Stay

This is a great spot for one to two people. Spacious and quiet and super clean. Very convenient to town to get supplies and near all the Ocala sports venues.

Perfect equestrian stay

This place was lovely. Plenty of room and privacy. Very nicely decorated with all the amenities needed and a very nice workspace. Close to WEC and HITS made it easy to get back and forth to events and restaurants. The host provided good directions and let me know when she was going to be away but was otherwise unobtrusive. I will look to stay here again next year when I return.

Beautiful, high quality, very clean and organized, felt like home

This has to be the nicest property I have stayed at, it might only be a one bedroom, but it is beautiful!From the light switches being labeled, to any kitchen tool being available. Great quality in dishes, silverware, bathroom towels etc. The owners we very nice and always available if needed! Loved it!

Nice quiet location

The place was nicer than the photos online. It is located on a secure lot with a gate. It was close to everything we wanted to go to. WEC is very close and downtown Ocala is only 20 minutes away for dinner. We would definitely stay here again.

Super place / Super Host

We absolutely love this place! Barb and Tim were super nice and very helpful. The apartment was gorgeous and had everything we could possibly want. Barb did an excellent job on decorating this quaint little place. We will definitely come back here the next time we are in town.

Beautiful home

Loved the huge fenced backyard. Awesome place for dogs. Heads up the entire home is upstairs. Home is beautifully decorated and it had everything I needed. Also an easy drive to the world equestrian center.

Amazing Property

Absolutely loved my stay. Beautiful home with a stunning view. Very peaceful and quiet. House was clean and tidy. Plenty or towels and needed supplies. Will definitely be staying here everytime i'm in Ocala.

Excellent and close to WEC

The apartment was just as described and was a great spot. It is very close to WEC and Live Oak horse shows. I had a bit of a glitch the first morning with the internet for my laptop, but Barbara was super fast at responding and resolving. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Loved it

What a nice apartment. Nearly new, well stocked, clean. The location is within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do, yet away from the hubbub of lots of traffic. Very peaceful, and fun to see the horses.

Wonderful, peaceful place to stay

We enjoyed our stay in beautiful "horse country"! The surroundings were gorgeous. Everything was as represented on the VRBO site. Barbara was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The space was perfect! There was nothing we needed that was not there. It was quiet and peaceful. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. We were within a short distance of the WEC, so a perfect place to stay if that is your destination.

Great option in Ocala!

I stayed at the Mini Farm for a trip to Ocala with my teenage daughter for horse showing. We have previously stayed at hotels in Ocala, and decided to change it up this year. Communication with Barbara was easy and she responds very quickly. We really enjoyed having the extra space that a hotel does not provide. The Mini Farm is inviting and comfortable. The kitchen has all of the utensils and pans you will need. Kurig/full coffee maker, microwave and a convection oven (we didn't use, but it looks like it would cook just about anything). The bathrooms were well stocked, and the bath towels were probably some of the largest & fluffiest I've had at a rental!! And the washer/dryer were so nice to have for a long stay. This property is comfortable, cozy, quiet and clean. And the location can't be beat. We were less than 15 minutes to World Equestrian Center, 25 minutes to HITS, 10-15 minutes to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely try to re-book next year!

Sadly will not go back

The property was adorable and exactly 7 min to WEC. Sadly not only did it smell like smoke ( maybe could have gotten past that... ) but the HOST was terrible. I was yelled at upon arrival for not parking in the right spot ( it was clearly explained however I had zero signal and couldn't open my vrbo) and then a second time for not knowing which door to go to. They do explain parking well on the site however there are no signs when you arrive and ZERO signal . I have never had a host be anything but friendly , I was very apologetic for the confusion/ had been on road all day.... was told "they didn't care if I was tired" called an idiot / and when I offered to not stay told I would not be refunded anything. If I had known how to get out of the reservation I would have done so. Very bad experience .
