Spacious Family Home - Close to Virginia Tech & Radford University

We hope you’ll enjoy our well-maintained home in a family-friendly neighborhood right off Interstate 81 in Christiansburg–minutes from Blacksburg and Radford.

Our home features an open-concept layout with 3,200 square feet. We have two family rooms, a large eat-in kitchen, bar stools, and an additional dining room to accommodate your family or group.

Upstairs you’ll find four spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths:

• Bedroom 1 (King) has an en suite featuring an oversized soaking tub and walk-in shower with a ceiling-mounted rain shower head. This bedroom has a Smart TV with access to all of the standard applications.

• Bedroom 2 (Queen + Futon) has an additional living area with a futon. This bedroom has a Smart TV with access to all of the standard applications.

• Bedroom 3 (Queen)

• Bedroom 4 (Full + Twin Trundle) This bedroom has a Smart TV with access to all of the standard applications.

• Hall bath featuring a bathtub/shower combination and two sinks.

You’ll be able to relax and gather outside on the large deck under the string lights, or play games in our spacious fenced yard. There's also a neighborhood playground with swings, slides, and a basketball court just across the street from our house.

Anyone considering our home must be respectful of our neighbors and neighborhood. No house parties are allowed. No smoking allowed. Maximum of 3 cars are allowed in the driveway.

Outstanding Accommodations

Super clean house not too far for visiting VT Owners were responsive and welcoming. The house has a great back deck for relaxing. Will definitely consider staying there again!

Amazing house and host!

VT football weekend

This is a beautiful house to rent. Spacious, spotless and great location to VA Tech. Emily was absolutely delightful. She answered questions immediately and provided everything you would and want in a rental. This house was perfect!

Warm and Welcoming

Our hosts were so very welcoming and thoughtful! The house is spacious, clean and well appointed, the decorating is so charming, it made us all feel right at home. We enjoyed the big kitchen and the comfy beds, plush towels, and welcome basket. Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend!

Fantastic House!

My family and I stayed at this gorgeous home for my granddaughter’s graduation from VA Tech. It was a perfect house…very spacious, beautiful decor and great deck! The kitchen was well stocked with pans and serving dishes, etc. Emily kept us informed and answered any questions promptly. I would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking for roominess, comfort, amenities and not too far from VA Tech!

VT vs NC State Weekend

Emily’s house is the absolute perfect place to rent for a football weekend! The listing matches what the house is like in real life, and is very clean. We absolutely loved how the house was decorated for Christmas the weekend we were there. A friend accidentally shipped packages to Emily’s home after our stay and she was extremely kind and returned them. We hope to come back again for another football game!

Wonderful stay, book as fast as you can!

The entire experience was amazing! Emily, the property owner, was so responsive to my every question and that really gave me a good feeling from the start. The house was just as great as advertised- there were more than enough linens too! This house has a relaxing deck area with a great view which we used for hours, and the beds were so comfortable for a great night sleep! The sitting rooms were fantastic with a movie-quality sound on the main TV and the kitchen really had a lot of space with everything you need. The check out experience was nice and easy- clear directions and Emily made it very easy for us.This is wonderful, quiet neighborhood which is exactly what we were looking for. This was the perfect place for us and so impressed with the experience- everything was first class.
