Great place for families to come together in the heart of Amarillo's iconic Wolflin neighborhood. And it's full of all the creature comforts one could wish for. Just a few blocks from I-40 and a short drive to a wide variety of dining and shopping.

Freshly renovated with only your comfort in mind. Both bedrooms feature King size beds with top of the line mattresses and linens. Each room has a TV equipped with AT&T TV, Roku, and cable channels.

We're pet friendly with a small fenced yard.
The space
This Compound is a duplex with 2 completely independent living quarters. There are 4 private bedrooms, 3 king size beds and 2 twins. 2.5 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens and 2 living and dining areas. A large group has the advantage of being all on one private property plus all of the benefits afforded by independent spaces.

As with most historical homes, there is limited bathroom space. So we have equipped each bedroom with its own vanity station with large mirrors, room to spread your gear, and electrical outlets for grooming tools.

We provide a shared fenced yard for pets and other outdoor enjoyment. There is also a charcoal grill in the back yard complete with basic utensils and a bucket of charcoal (that is usually stocked).

Very nice place to stay and well located for us. The neighbors were friendly and I appreciated the chance to do my laundry after a few days. All the little stuff was there- sugar and substitutes for coffee, some snacks to tide us over before we made it to the grocery store, etc. The duplex design provided a nice sense of privacy for my guests, who were a separate family. I would certainly stay there again.

Our family of 9 met and stayed here for a family wedding weekend. We had plenty of room and the air conditioners worked great for a hot summer weekend. Great location with great shopping & restaurants nearby!

Fun comfortable place to stay!

We rented this duplex when we came to town for a wedding. It was clean and very comfortable. I loved the fun decor and quietness of the neighborhood. The communication with the owner was very good and they were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The Duplex from Heaven

We had both awesome halves of this duplex, which meant two kitchens, two living rooms and one magnificent experience. The beds and couches were comfy and the place was very clean. No detail was overlooked. The location is central, the neighborhood is safe and the artwork is sublime. We will definitely attempt to book again, as it is far superior to hotel rooms and more economical too!

Great Duplex!

The duplex was great for 9 adults and 3 children (6,5, and 1). It had everything we needed and worked out great for our two families. It is easy to get to and not far off the highway for easy access to wherever you are going. Both sides of the duplex were very eclectic and we enjoyed all the fun decor. All of the little thoughtful things were very appreciated; games, books, mini cornhole, chips and salsa left for us. We loved it and would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Great West Stay in Amarillo!

Loved the fun western decor! It was equiped well. Check-in went smoothly. It had everything we needed. Very clean! Accommodated 10 of us in beds and allowed our 2 dogs. There were little extras that made it a wonderful family vacation time.
