Superbe maison golfe de l'avant avec vue sur l'océan et la piscine, à quelques minutes de Rosemary Beach ou Panama City. Il dispose de 5 BR et 4. 5 BA il peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 14 personnes. Chaque chambre dispose d'une vue panoramique depuis sa terrasse ou balcon attenant. La maison est joliment meublée avec des meubles Lexington et a été professionnellement conçu par un architecte local. Asseyez-vous près de la magnifique piscine et oublier tous vos soucis.

Cette maison a une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan et un design élégant. La maison a été construite en 1999 et est un stuc de trois étages avec un toit de tuiles. Il ya 4 lits king size et 4 lits jumeaux, réparties dans toute la maison. Ces appareils incluent un lave-linge, sèche-linge, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle. Le foyer est alimenté au gaz. L'épicerie est idéalement situé à moins de 1 mile sur la route.

Place needs a lot of updating. Upstairs bed frame was broken when we got there had to go and get landscaping rock so there wasn’t a massive dip in the center of the bed- there is no way the cleaning folks could not tell the shape that bed was in. The downstairs- you have to go through someone’s bedroom to get to the pool or beach. The garage room-you have to walk through someone’s bedroom to get out, go to the bathroom, etc. can see daylight around garage door. Steaks knives tips were all broken. Livingroom and dining room are very small. Pool was not filtering as it needed too, trash always floating, the pool nets were broken. Bathrooms besides the master are tiny. The good: the view is perfect, low crowds on the beach, traffic not bad.

Thanks Angie for your review of my private home. I will start by saying there is a front door to exit to pool that leads to pool on both sides of the home easily. We have never had problem with bed frames but my son living nearby could have quickly fixed it. The garage has a threshold at bottom of door to ensure a tight fit. The bathroom by Master has a double sink countertop about 8’ long and is ample size for 2 guests. Other bathrooms are typical guest bath size with 3-5’ vanities and all have bathroom cabinets for storage. This home is not brand-new built, and is priced accordingly. The home next door rents for double our rate. Most of our guests are return clients, and do love the property. Pool is cleaned twice per week and pool net will be replaced. With large groups, guests can overflow to ocean front deck for amazing views and often eat around ocean view pool, where grill is located. I have entertained 100 people on the beach & around pool area with ample space to set up food under porch for a wedding bonfire and guests said it was the favorite part of the 4 day wedding events. Sunnyside beach is quiet, uncrowded with a very deep white sand beach, different from Hwy 30 A beaches.

This was an AMAZING property and house. Plenty of space for our family of 10 that stayed. Beautifully decorated home with amazing oceanfront view and beach. Every bedroom also has a walkout or balcony oceanfront view. Host was very helpful, quick to respond to questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Pool and hot tub were clean. Property was very well kept. Plenty of beach toys including an easy pop up canopy for the beach as well as beach chairs. We would definitely go back and recommend staying here.

Wonderful quiet location on a beautiful beach. We loved every minute of it. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. The beds were super comfortable. Our large family all fit very well. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful older home directly on the beach. Amazing views. Close to all activities and restaurants. Plenty of room for our family of 10. Host was immediately available if needed. Only issues: spa was only a water feature it advertised you could heat the pool for a fee so that was misleading and the pool light was out. Was informed by owner there was no swimming at night because the pool is shallow. It’s more of a liability to not have the pool light working and it is certainly unreasonable to think the pool will not be used at night. That was not specified in the rental agreement. I would suggest some sort of nonslip mats on the tile floor off the pool as one of our guests did slip and fall. Had a great stay and would definitely rent again.

Pam, thank you so much for your kind words about this home. As a parent, I am overly concerned with safety, and in the past, parents did not watch 2 small children who accessed the pool by themselves (due to fact kids are so drawn to pools). Thus, hot tubs can burn children when easy to access and turn on, and paralysis can occur if kids or any adult jumps into pool head first at night. Then there is risk of children drowning when parents leave the slider door open to pool, as then the pool alarm does not go off. Anyone can also access gulf front pools from the beach by trespassing. For these reasons, I choose not to have a heated spa for guests, but main entire pool can be heated for small fee. And we don’t allow night swimming period, just as no Community like Watercolor, Watersound, Rosemary Beach etc allows any swimming in pools after sunset. Most of our guests don’t own private pools, thus it is our job to have safety measures in place. There are large door mats on the tile floor by doors, and we hope everyone dries off before going into home. We also don’t recommend night swimming in ocean, for same reasons as it is dark, and sharks swim very far out, near first sand barge. We want all our guests to have a very positive experience on their vacation and many guests do return year to year.

Charles, I couldn't agree more that this particular beach is pristine, mainly local residents go here and it has not been crowded this season at all. It is also famous for catching very large fish due to the deep mantel shelf which is beyond the Sand Bar, it is great to surf fish in front of the home. Beautiful home located in a quieter side of PC. There was plenty of room for all of our guests, and we enjoyed the pool, beach access etc. I will mention however that there are severla public beach accesss points near the property so it is not private.

Thank you for your kind review. The one and only public walkover near home is at least 75 ft away and my guests go to right where it is an open beach for over 500 ft, unbuilt land, owned by St. Joe Paper company, about 6 acres total. You cannot get much more private than my home and the beach is never crowded in Sunnyside. It is a very deep beach, mainly all families who visit and locals. Perhaps you walked over to the left of home instead of heading to the West. We do own the beach all the way to the water, yet they don’t allow anyone to tape off the beach with signage. It also has best surf fishing to the West, as there is a very deep shelf in front of home and to the West. Great local fish can be caught.

We had a terrific stay at this property. It was the perfect size for our two families with small kids. Location to the beach was fantastic, kitchen was well equiped as we prepared all our meals in, and pool was ideal for the afternoons. Would definitely stay again.

My family had a such a great trip staying at this home. It was just as described in the listing and the host was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The location was perfect, the house was roomy enough for 7 adults, the views were amazing and we enjoyed everything. We would definitely stay here again!

Kristen, you were a delight to work with and we hope you can return back soon for a reunion with your group. My home does has the highest views on top floor about 60 ft above sea level, it is amazing to be able to cook and see the ocean every day without ever leaving the home.
