New available vacation home! 5 bedroom 4.5 bath custom home with a resort-style backyard and tons of indoor and outdoor amenities & games! 10 total beds and lots of space for everyone! Smart TVs in every room. The perfect backyard for entertainment. Firepit lounge, games, BBQ, outdoor dining, and pool day beds. There is also a RV parking and RV hookup. Walking & Biking trails. Quick walk to the Beautiful community park. Walk or bike across the bridge to nearby restaurants, shops, and a fitness center. Some favorite restaurants from guests are Scrambled that serves breakfast and lunch, there’s also a great Italian, burger spot, & island grill. It’s also a quick drive to the strip! Pool/spa can be heated for an additional fee. Please inquire for heating fees.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our group of 14 ranging in age from 3 to 83. The backyard was perfect for gathering together and gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The kitchen was missing a few items that would have been helpful for cooking for such a large group, but the host was very attentive and receptive to my suggestions. Overall, a great experience and a home I'd likely return to.

Great house, great location, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Kitchen had a nice coffee station. Could be tough to cook more than snacks for a big group.

Great Location and loved the property

The home was very spacious and had lots of room for our family. Home has lots of activities for the adults and children to do. There is a park very close by and has a great walking trail.

Impressed!

Our stay at this vacation home was absolutely perfect! It was just a quick 12-minute drive to the Las Vegas Strip, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The house had so much to offer — a beautiful pool, a super fun game room, and a cozy fire pit that we loved relaxing around in the evenings. Plus, it was just a short walk to a playground, which was perfect for our kids. There was never a dull moment! The hosts were incredible — so accommodating and truly went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home for our family. We can’t wait to come back!

Brianna's Graduation Weekend in Las Vegas

We had a great weekend stay at this property and everyone who stayed enjoyed the sort 3-night stay. We were in Las Vegas to celebrate our daughter's graduation from Nursing college. The location and the amenities (pool, barbecue grill, games indoors and outdoors made this a fun trip that will be remembered. Thanks!

Property is newly listed and the house is very nice. Wonderful communication throughout process. Could not have had a better house for preparing for our daughters wedding. Absolutely wonderful.

Great house - loved all the games!

Our group of 11 was an 80 yo, 3 fifty somethings and the rest adult grandchildren all in their 20s. There was plenty of space and beds, kitchen was fully equipped and communication, check-in and the checkout procedures were all easy and efficient. A highlight for us was the afternoon we spent in the garage/game room having a big double elimination game tournament on basketball and skee ball. So fun!The only con was that the house is a bit long in the tooth. It had been cleaned well - but carpets are stained, needs a paint refresh, a cabinet handle was missing, etc. Nothing that impacted our enjoyment of the space - and we would definitely stay here again, but if having a pristine condition home is important to you, please take this into consideration.

Absolute disaster!

Everything about the place was a disaster! Broken crap everywhere. AC never worked. Stay CLEAR of this property. Filthy! We left it was a VERY unpleasant experience. Spent my time there accommodating repairmen. They didn’t repair anything either.

1 King Bed was missing

This has never happened to me before. The house did not have all the beds as per the description. The trip was a college reunion and no one wanted to go stay in a hotel room by themselves away from the group. In the end, couple of guys had to sleep on the carpet. Since I arranged for the house, I felt ashamed the whole time. After complaining several times, I was refunded a few hundred dollars. If I had the time and energy, I'd have taken them to court.

Family Reunion

This house was exactly what we needed for our family reunion. The house actually felt bigger than what the online pictures portrayed. We had one day of rain but all the indoor activities kept everyone entertained. This home is located 10 minutes from the airport and about 15 from the strip. It is so close to everything yet so quiet in the neighborhood that you do not feel that close. We took a day to go to the Grand Canyon -South Rim and it was a short picturesque 2 hour drive. We also took a trip to Red Rock Canyon for some hiking. That was less than 30 minutes away from the house. The main street that is just a few blocks from the house has grocery stores and every fast food/restaurant imaginable.The host was amazing with communication. We had questions a few weeks prior to the trip and she took the time to explain everything. We decided to do a load of laundry a few days in only to find out the washing machine did not work at all. The host had a repair man out the very next day to replace the machine.I would highly recommend this location and will look to book here again if every in Nevada.

40th Birthday

House was beautiful. Owners were awesome with responding to our needs and check-in was easy. My only two issues were the outside pool area wasn’t cleaned. We cleaned the pool and wash the cushions on day bed. Swept outside and wiped down the table. Outdoor pool area was why I chose this home for me and my guest to enjoy the pool for my birthday. Second issue was the air inside the home. The rooms were extremely hot to the point my guests were coming out of their rooms to sleep on the living floor being that was the only area in the house that was cool. I did follow the owners instructions and put the air on 70, but that didn’t help at night in the bedrooms. Other than that the home was nice and location was awesome!!
