Gorgeous two story home with a bonus game room! This home is perfect for large families.  Cadaci Vacation Rentals is very excited to introduce this brand new home! Managed by Heyday Stay Vacation Rentals

-4 Bedroom, 2.5 bath home, sleeps up to 8 adults and their accompanying children

-Beautiful swimming pool, New heater installed November 2024. Pool heat is $50 per night. If the ambient temperatures drop near freezing at night the pool heater may struggle to keep up. We need at least 48 hours notice for pool heat.

-Built in BBQ and high top bar

-Outdoor patio dining table and lounging area with comfortable sofa

-Putting Green and lots of room to run and play

-Private fenced back yard

-Pet Friendly upon prior approval. $50/pet.

-Updated with Modern furnishings

-Comfortable high quality beds

-Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and entertain

Our week stay over Christmas was wonderful. Our host was accommodating and quick to reply to any questions we had. The kitchen with the giant island was the heart of the home for our stay where we could all gather to cook play games and watch movies. Loved sitting on the patio in the mornings with our coffee. The home was fully stocked with anything you may need.

Glorious Glendale House

This house was perfect for our family and dogs. The pool was wonderful and we are glad we paid to have it heated we even swam in the evening and because it was fenced we didn’t worry about the dogs getting in the water. We ate almost all of our meals outside on the patio. And the big open kitchen island was a perfect place to eat and work remotely. It was a great neighborhood for walking the dogs and was close to the freeway and grocery stores. This home would be perfect for families with little children or teens.

Plenty of space

This house has lots of room for everyone. A nice outdoor area and the pool was up to 88 degrees. Really enjoyed our stay and will visit again in the future

Arrowhead stay

Loved the layout of the house. Kids had a great time swimming in the pool. The kitchen had what I needed to prepare meals for my family that came over for a visit. The property manager was very assessable and was quick to respond. Had an awesome visit and a comfortable stay.

Big House - Quiet Neighborhood

This house we perfect for our family. Says it sleeps 10, I would say 8 comfortably. The room sizes were very large, lots of space and drawers in each room. This is an older house with a remodeled kitchen which was the heart of the home. The house has been kid proofed with gate on stairs and automatic closing sliding door, along with a highchair and pack-n-play, fridge lock. No outlet covers. The house is in a quiet neighborhood which was nice as we love to sleep in especially on vacation. Some nice touches: labeled make-up wash clothes in each bathroom, chocolates on our pillows, and a bottle of wine in the kitchen, an ac thermostat that wasn't locked down! The beds were very comfortable if you like firm. However, it lacked a few things: not enough dinner dishes, no large drinking glasses, no staples such as storage containers for food after cooking, no blender, aluminum foil or plastic wrap (had to buy or own). No instructions on how to use electronics/tv and a special lock on the sliding door. A big sectional couch would work best int the family room but have individual chairs and small couch, I sat in one chair and the leg broke underneath me. The BBQ Island was dirty. If the owner would fix these, I would stay again!

Very roomy

Great location,super nice hosts, and a wonderfulnplace to stay. Had a problem with the lock on the front door and they came over right away to fix it. Would highly recommend.

Spacious and Thoughtful

The property is run well. I have stayed at many places and the communication from here was consistent and well-timed. There were many thoughtful amenities included - gates at bottom and top of stairs, high chair, pack and play. We did not need those items, but with young kids, the attention to detail was not lost on us. The rooms were great and the shared living areas were spacious. We had 9 people and it was very comfortable. We will definitely be looking to reserve this again when we return to Phoenix.

Very Enjoyable

We stayed for a few days during spring training and it was very enjoyable. The house is spacious, has a pool and hot tub. The 3 bedrooms upstairs plus play room accommodated us nicely and the master down stairs was perfect for our elderly parents to not need to navigate stairs. The pool was cold but great and I’m sure will be fabulous in the summer with the heat. It was brisk however in the spring for us. The kids didn’t mind however. Everything went well. Thanks! We would stay again.

Lacrosse Tourney Weekend

We were in town for a youth lacrosse tourney and really appreciated all the help offered by the host in response to questions and/or needs. The house is as advertised and they went the extra mile to leave out snacks, drinks, etc. Really a nice experience and would stay again.
