Welcome! This property is a 3,710sq feet home with 0.42acre lot. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The property it’s self is a great size for anyone traveling with kids and more family/friends.

**Pool heating is $150per night. Must request 72 hours prior of arrival for pool to reach temp.**

**Please do not touch Pool equipment any damage done will result in fees $100-$2000.*

*Check in is any time after 4pm and check out is at 10am. We do offer an option to check out/in for additional fee of $50 per hour (IF ITS AVAILABLE).


Upstairs area:

Master room: smart 50inch tv, one king bed, one queen sofa bed with one twin air mattress.

2nd room: smart tv with one queen bed.

3rd room: smart tv with one queen bed

4th room: smart tv with two queen beds and a Futon bed size full.



Downstairs area:

5th room: smart tv with one queen bed

6th room : one queen bed

The house is huge and beautiful. Plenty of room for our 8 adults and 1 child and we still had 2 extra rooms. Having 3 full bathrooms was a big plus. Our host Erica was easy to reach and she replied very quickly. This house is just as described and very clean. We enjoyed family games at the kitchen table along with playing pool and air hockey. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was enormous! Unbelievable space for our 8 guests. The rooms were clean, bedding clean and fresh, and plenty of parking. Great proximity to food and entertainment.

The house was great for our group of 10 and the host (Erica) responded quickly when I had questions. The jacuzzi was not very warm so we didn't use it and the heated pool unfortunately cools down quickly in February. (125 per day to heat the pool SHOULD keep the pool warm 24hrs/day, but that was not the case) The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of chairs for everyone to sit at the tables to eat, and we were able to cook dinners easily in the spacious kitchen. Aside from the pool temperature, everyone enjoyed their stay and thought the house was great.

Beautiful Large Home with Pool

If you have a large group and are looking for a home to accommodate that this is the perfect house for you. The home is beautiful, the beds were very comfortable, and the pool was clean and well kept. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Erica, our host, was very friendly and easy to get a hold of for any information we needed. Would absolutely stay again!

We absolutely loved the house. The host was amazing and so responsive. She wanted us to have a good experience. The heated pool was great, although we should have paid attention that it’s not a hot tub- still so very nice after tennis all day!

Spacious house w lot if sleeping and family area, entertainment and great yard!

Extremely clean, large spacious home with a lot of comfortable beds, large bonus room with multiple beds, great for a lot of kids to bunk in together. Pool table, air hockey, large family room, extremely large backyard with pool, Jacuzzi, and large barbecue for grilling. Great washer and dryer and extremely large garage with room for parking multiple cars. Everything inside and out was extremely clean. Homeowner is very accessible, easy to contact/text back-and-forth with. Responds immediately. Excellent property that we will definitely stay in again.

Graduation Celebration

The property is very nice! The area is nice and quiet. Erica was very nice and quickly responded to emails and texts. I booked this house, at a higher cost than some of the other houses that were available, because it offered things that my kids and grandkids were really looking forward to. Such as, a basketball hoop in the pool, waterfall in the pool, a air hockey table and a pool table. We were very disappointed when we arrived and learned that the hockey table was not there. Apparently it was broken by the guest that stayed before us. The waterfall in the pool was not working and the pool basketball hoop was on the ground. Some other issues where, that the cement on the balcony area outside of the primary bedroom was broken up as if being repaired. So, unable to sit out on the balcony. The tubs were not slip proofed and no matts were provided to put down. A couple of us almost had really bad accidents. Only one of the pool sticks for the pool table, had a tip on it. So we had to share one pool stick. The beds have good mattresses and were comfortable, but the bed frame in the primary bedroom squeaks really bad, every time you move. We made the best of it and had a good time, but we really didn't get what we paid for.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood

We had a perfect stay here. The property was truly stunning. It is a split level, which was little interesting for the layout, but it was great. We utilized every bedroom. We had 5 couples and 1 adult with 2 grown daughters, which worked out great for the room with 3 beds (Minnie mouse bed is in this room). We did not end up getting into the pool, but it would have been a comfortable temperature without heating it in mid April. But we still enjoyed sitting out by the pool. All of the towels are in upstairs closet. There was nothing in the showers, though... so bring your own soap and hair supplies. There were blow dryers and hand soap. There are 2 full bathrooms, one in each floor, with the 3rd bathroom in the master bedroom without a door separating the 2 spaces.. the toilet had its own door, though. Really great for just a master bedroom, it was just hard to share with other couples. And haha the only thing they told us for check in was letting us know the sink was touchless....I totally forgot, though, and we couldn't figure out what was wrong with the sink! The touchless part is under the top curve. They left no check out instructions so we just left needs unmade and towels in tubs, so they knew what needed to be laundered... and took out the trash. We did not get any extra charges. We came for a family wedding (nephew) and this house fit all of the adults. It really was perfect for us.
