Spacious & Relaxing Vacation Home With HEATED POOL & TESLA CHARGER

Enjoy your stay beginning with the Master bathroom which has a fully functional hot tub! This bedroom also includes a king and a sofa bed, so there is plenty of space to relax. All 4 remaining bedrooms offer queen-size beds.

You will have access to the heated pool 24/7, so please don't be shy to use it!
However, there're some things to consider:
- Please be present when kids (ages under 11) use the pool to ensure their safety, as well as yours.
- The heated pool is free to use at any time.
- To avoid any incident, please no alcohol or beverages while inside the pool.
- Please reduce the noise level after 9 PM for our neighbors.

You have a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances for all your cooking needs. Coffee maker, air fryer, dishwasher, wine cooler, and all the cooking essentials you need to make and host an amazing meal for any time of the day.

There will be a grill outside available for you to use. We just ask you to clean it after using it.

There’s a step at the front entrance, so please watch your step.

Our landscaping includes plants with thorns, so take extra care—especially with children. We are not responsible for any injuries.

Plenty of parking spaces:
- 3 cars inside the garage (with Tesla wall charger included)
- 3 cars on the driveway
- 1 street parking but do not block driveways and our neighbors

There is no smoking allowed inside or outside near the house. *Doing so will violate our policy and you will be charged for any fees*

This beautiful relaxing 5-bedroom resort style is located in a safe & quiet neighborhood. Easy access to freeway 101. Some noticeable destinations nearby:
- Minutes (3-10 minutes) away from grocery needs (Walmart, Walgreens and Costco)
- Peoria Sports Complex - 7 minutes
- P83 Shopping Center - 8 minutes
- Martin Auto Museum - 8 minutes
- State Farm Stadium, Glendale Sports and Entertainment District - 12 minutes

The house is spacious and beautiful. Beds were comfortable. House and grounds were very clean and well kept. Plenty of cooking items in the kitchen. We had a few questions and the owner was very responsive and sent someone over quickly. Great place to stay in Peoria! Street was quiet and peaceful.

The house was spacious and beds were comfortable.The pool was great.Outside trash/recycling bin needed to be emptied.Some lightbulbs needed to be replaced.We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Spring Training Visit

The home is very nice. We stayed for 30 days and used the pool about 28 of those days. The pool is a little small but we loved it, very warm. The neighborhood is very quiet. The TV options are all streaming. We are not very technical so it took us awhile to get used to. The owner is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The home could use more furniture in the living room and bedrooms.

Arizona Stay

The host was excellent. The property was dated. Needed more furniture in the large tv room as it only accommodated 4 people. The bedrooms were sparse as the had only a night stand for clothes and the two bedrooms shared a bathroom where the door was paper thin. The heated pool was great. The kitchen had limited glasses and needed more dishes. Overall a good experience but the house needed updating overall.

Wonderful time!

Absolutely loved this property. Six adults with lots of room, huge kitchen and lovely backyard. The weather was cooler so we didn't get to use the pool but overall very inviting. Response from the owner about a few minor things was exceptionally fast and very much appreciated. Great neighborhood and close to everything. Will stay again!

Best Rental Ever!!!

Hi Kim, On behalf of myself and the other ladies, I wanted to express our sincere gratitude for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home this past weekend. We had such a wonderful time!The house was absolutely perfect for our needs, and we were all incredibly impressed with the amount of space . It truly felt like a home away from home. We especially enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen.Just a couple of minor things we noticed during our stay; the light in the master closet didn’t seem to be working, and the garage cans were already filled, we weren’t able to get in the pool because it never heated up. Neither of these issues detracted from our enjoyment of the property But I wanted to mention them so you know they need attention. Thank you again for providing such a comfortable and welcoming space for our getaway. We will definitely be keeping your house in mind for future trips and recommending it to others.Robyn

Family get together

We were having a family birthday and were able to have 3 families stay at the house. This house allowed us to have more time together. The house was great, large a spacious. The house was clean and ready for us. We had no issues and enjoyed our time there.

Spacious and Relaxing Home

Great stay!! Beautiful home and excellent host. Kim was very helpful and friendly. There were 11 in our group. We had plenty of space. We enjoyed the kitchen and dining room. Our little granddaughters enjoyed the heated pool a couple times each day. We will definitely return next time we are in the area.

Great stay in Peoria

Outstanding home close to everything north or Phoenix. We rented this home for our family as we were moving our son to GCU. The house is huge, beds comfortable, outside area tropical. Pool was nice to lounge in. Check in and out process was super easy. Kim is a great host to deal eith.

Great home and plenty of room

Location is perfect, quiet neighborhood. Great home for large family. Owner was available when we had questions and was on it if problems. Very clean, comfortable beds and lots of space. Pool was a bit small from pictures, but nice to cool off in.

Best vacation ever

The house was amazing and beautiful. The landscaping in the back by the pool was well groomed and beautiful. The pool was perfect for our grandchildren. They were in the pool every morning by 8:00. Of course that meant grandma and grandpa had to get up and get in the pool too. Having it be heated did help. The location was convenient to major roads to get anywhere we needed. A grocery was close by. The host was super accommodating. Even got us a high chair for our 1 year old grandson. Our whole family agreed that when we come back to Phoenix we will definitely stay here again.
