Amazing!

This property was truly amazing, we had a corner unit with breathtaking ocean views from every room. The staff was very attentive and helpful and the room, facility, and location was truly amazing. I wish I lived there :-)

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is beautiful, the place is brand new and the condo well designed and modern with top finishes. Also, Appreciated that fact that they provide a starter kit with coffee, tea, dish soap, laundry detergent etc... The pool is very nice but it doesn’t have any shade or umbrellas... so you’ll roast yourself in the middle of the day. Also, no restaurant/bar or food service. Nothing is really walking distance, they do offer a transport service with gulf carts but sometimes the wait is 15-30minutes so that’s super annoying. Probably the biggest issue we had was the party music that started at 7pm and went on until 4am, although it’s not from 360 but from another hotel nearby it did not let us sleep. Clearly noise is a big issue as we also heard conversations and laughs from other condos. All the staff is very friendly and hardworking.

The property is well maintained and the apartment was pretty well equipped. We enjoyed both the outdoor infinity pool as well as the roof terrace at sunset. Flamingo beach is just a short walk away, and even Potrero beach is still within walking distance. All of the staff members were very nice and helpful.

Great view, pool and room

Can't say enough good things about my stay here in March 2022. The views are breathtaking. The concierge team was fantastic with arranging transportation by golf cart to Playa Flamingo beach and getting COVID test scheduled in the room the day before return flight to US. Make sure you get the full 788 sq ft room if you want full kitchen and living area rather than the 233 sq ft one bedroom lockout option. Looking forward to going back soon!

Once we got into the correct unit all went stood. However I’d booked a 2/2 property and the manager Mark had put us in a 1/1 unit. It was very stressful and he would not call or speak with me on the phone,
.I had to call Vrbo to correct the problem and it took 4hrs for us to ge accommodated.
