Located in the quiet neighborhood. Your place is located in the basement of the house I live in. Clean and tidy. Private bathroom. Sleeps two plus child. No kids under 10 yrs. For additional adult guest I will charge $25 per night. Let me know how many adults are coming. Laundry is available. Shared entrance. Utilities are included. Fast internet. Working space. Kitchenette with hot plate, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine
- 20 min to Lehi- Silicone Slopes and Downtown.
- 20-30 min drive to all ski resorts.

It was ideal . Clean, organized. Gus welcomed me each time I came home. Easy access to Snowbird. Glad to have coffee machine. Great water pressure in the shower. Host attentive to ones needs.

My husband and I stayed 2 weeks here while visiting my son who lives close-by. The place was clean, warm, and comfortable. The bathroom had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Kitchenette worked for us to make coffee and a few times we made ourselves a simple breakfast. Host was very gracious. Gus, the dog, greeted us each evening as we came home. VERY WELL BEHAVED. Not being able to lock our door to the basement apartment was not much of a concern to us as we do not travel with valuables. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

We came for Gymnastics Nationals. The location was perfect. We noticed that it was also ideal for a ski vacation. Dubra and her family are amazing! They are very attentive. The space was very cozy and just what we needed.

Great spot for skiing!

The property was as advertised but to be honest, I didn't really read the reviews before we arrived. I just looked at the overall rating, which was pretty good. Dubra was very responsive and helpful. The shared entrance is a bit odd but it was fine. What we didn't like is there is no way to lock the rental space, so no real "sense of privacy." The shower is also very small. For the price, it was great and it worked well for my adult son and I to hit the slopes. It's about 20 min to Alta/Snowbird and 30ish to Brighton/Solitude. Just be aware you are renting a space in someone's home and not getting your own space.

Prime location for adventure

22 minutes to Alta and 25 minutes to Solitude. 45 minutes to Park City. Can't say enough about the great location of this property. Dubra was an excellent host. Shared entrance was not a problem. Two big bedrooms full bath and sitting area was more than enough for me and my grad student daughter. Highly recommend it for parties of two who want to explore.

Very nice quiet neighborhood. Basement was a bit chilly. And would have liked to know about the dog (who was very well behaved) in advance because of my husband’s allergies and he did bark a few times but not for long.

We had a wonderful stay at Dubra’s house. The house was in a nice neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable. Dubra was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.
