We have never had a better experience with a host than we did with Marcel. There had been a slight mixup with our booking and he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He owns several units and the one we stayed in was clean, attractive and well supplied with everything we needed. We will definitely book with him again next time. A

The cottage/unit was very clean and included all we needed for our visit to SLC. We hope to make this our place to stay each time we visit family in town.

The host was not reachable until the 4 pm check in time, at which point she provided an entry code. This is a modest house with modest accommodations. The kitchen had a smattering of dishes, pots and utensils. No dishwasher. Sleeping accommodations were fine and the neighborhood is quiet. The best thing about the house is its location: easy access to the freeway and relatively short distance to the exit for Cottonwood Canyon ski areas.

Check in is 4PM. guest really didn’t have to wait for me to send entry code because instructions were sent via email 24 hr prior to check in and contained the entry code. Unit has sufficient dishes, pots and pans for a stay for two people. Dishwasher is not one of the amenities listed, therefore info is accurate.

Such a great place to stay, It provided a safe place for me to come and do nursing clinicals. The kitchen has all the necessary things to cook, full size fridge, washer and dryer! Very comfy place! I would stay here again!!

Overall it was a lovely stay. Our host was amazing even let us extend our stay. Only complaint was someone doing donuts in the lot across the street late at night our last night. The bed is a little harder than expected. Location was good overall. Would absolutely recommend!

Clean, cozy, perfect location for activities in Salt Lake/West Valley. Had things we forgot about including laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Would definitely stay here again when in SLC. Marcel checked on us as well during the visit in person which was greatly appreciated. Overall 5 stars!!!

Excellent place to stay

Second time I’ve stayed at the cottage. Excellent location for skiing, shopping, access to ski bus and restaurants. The Mexican restaurant at the end of the street is amazing, the ski gear rental shop is around the corner by the supermarket.. and Marcel is an excellent host.

Great Place

Everything was just as described. The bed was comfortable, front room was nice for watching TV or reading. We didn’t cook but everything was there to make meals if needed. The home was very clean, which is my favorite aspect of any vacation rental!

Cute and quaint

This was perfect for our quick ski weekend. It was close to food and shopping. Just a quick hop onto the highway to the mountains. It has everything you need. There’s also a space heater which was awesome.
