We loved our stay at see ya’ soon. Ron was a great host. He responded to us really fast if we needed anything. Place was just big enough for our family and clean. We definitely book this house again.

Check in was easy. Great beach house plenty of room. Kitchen is great had everything we needed. Close location to beach and beautiful view. Peaceful neighborhood with friendly people.

A few issues but responsive owner

The location to the beach was great, but we found the property unkempt, the bottom floor was smelly with a portable AC trying it’s best to work, and on the 3rd day a large roach was spotted on the kitchen counter. My daughter crawled under the bed upstairs (along the edge only) and was covered in dust after, and the blinds/windowsills were super dusty as well. Owner was very responsive and helped with the issues that we did point out.

The art though

I loved the handpainted murals, the birdhouse full of birds, and the wildflowers they added alot of charm. The host is easy to reach and quick to respond. It's a great spot to relax and hang out on the beach. There was alot of dust and bugs (especially in the kitchen). Three of the doors needed the lock/handles to be repaired to lock yourself in including the front entrance to the upstairs, the gate to the porch upstairs, and the interior bathroom door of the upstairs. There was plenty of other storage space like closets and cabinets in each room but the hall closet was taken up by maintenence stuff and the other closet had some used shoes in it. The host provides games, chairs, a bbq pit, towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, foil, plastic wrap, sandwich bags, dish soap, all the dishes and utensils you need to cook plus spices, trash bags, washcloths, towels, shampoo & conditioner, and hand soap. I wish the downstairs mural wasn't covered by the fridge but it is what it is. Overall, I had a great stay and I was not disappointed. (I tried to share photos but for some reason it isnt working)

Bermuda Beach Vacation

Overall a nice place to stay. Beach was easily accessible. Neighborhood was quiet. Host was easily accessible, accommodating and helpful. Enjoyable experience and met our needs. Only concern were the exterior lights which we could not turn on.

Family Vacation

We had a short 3 night family vacation and this property was one of the best we have stayed out. The owner is easily the best one I’ve dealt with with any VRBO.

Very Helpful Host

We did not get to stay at this property because the AC went out the day we were supposed to arrive. Ron called us and let us know that he had arranged for us to stay at another one of his properties. It was an upgrade as it was beachfront with a gorgeous view. I couldn't give a perfect score for cleanliness, however, he wasn't expecting anyone to be in the house that night so I am sure it was difficult to find someone to clean at the last minute (so totally not his fault). We were just so thankful he was able to get us moved to this property. It was amazing and we could walk right out to the beach. We had an amazing time. Ron was quick to respond to messages as well.

Good vibes!

We enjoyed the property. It is a 2nd row house. The view is very good and it is just a short walk to the beach. The community area was very nice and the beach area was well maintained. The house is close enough to Galveston so you don't have to travel much to do things, but far enough away that you're not crowded. The house is nice overall and the host answered all texts very quickly. Our short trip was very relaxing. We would stay again.

Great location - nice place!

Clean, comfy, plenty of chairs and boogie boards for the beach, great patio with a nice view! Interior is spacious and not crowded even with the whole family. the pictures don’t do the place justice - it’s even nicer in person! Also, nice big roomy bathroom and shower!

Ron was truly amazing, he was very informative of an issue that was quickly resolved. He was very responsive to my text & was on top of everything and I greatly appreciate him for that. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for us

This was perfect for our family. My parents were with us so the bottom was the perfect place for them while we stayed upstairs. The host is super nice and flexible. A lot of little niceties were included that I’ve never seen in another rental.
