Located right on the Sarasota Bay, our cozy studio apartment is at the Ramada by Wyndham Sarasota Waterfront hotel. (the hotel is waterfront, the apartment is not). Centrally-located on the Tamiami Trail (US-41) near downtown Sarasota and Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ), we're close (about a 15 minute drive) to beautiful white sand beaches that fade into the crystal emerald and blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico - Siesta Key, Lido Key, Longboat Key, and Anna Maria Island. Just 10 minutes to St Armands Circle. You'll also be able to easily access a variety of water sports like kayaking, boating, fishing, and more. While here, you can enjoy the Sarasota Bay waterfront, and beautiful sunsets that compliment the tropical landscaping, enjoying the great amenities like the outdoor tiki bar and restaurant with live music, fire pit, huge heated outdoor pool with poolside food and beverage service, towel service and new fitness center. The Laundry room is always available, and Marina & Boat rentals also are available on site. Tons of Free parking, even for boats, trailers and campers. Enjoy the 24/7 complimentary coffee and water in the lobby, and complimentary champagne on Friday and Saturday. The business center and lobby lounge area with a TV are also available for use. For just $10, ($5 under 18) you can purchase an all you can eat, full hot breakfast in the brand new beautiful hotel breakfast room. There is also a Cragers right next store that has great breakfast and lunch and will give guests 10% off. There are also many great restaurants, bars and anything you may need very close by all along the Tamiami Trail. The studio apartment has free wifi, thermostat controlled AC & heat, a king bed, double reclining loveseat, pub table and stools, basic stocked kitchenette with a stovetop, upright fridge with separate freezer, cool water running small sink, keurig coffee maker, microwave oven, blender, air fryer/toaster oven, waffle maker, glasses, mugs and 43" HD Streaming Smart TV with a huge selection of cable TV channels. There is an ice maker and drink vending steps from the condo. Sorry, no pets, and smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited.

Fantastic stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Great location, easy check-in, and a very responsive host. We loved our time here and would definitely book again. Highly recommend!The bed was comfortable! It had everything we needed for our week stay. The girls at the front desk were very friendly during check-in, even gave us a glass of champagne. The pool and tiki area was a nice feature. Sitting down by the docks at night watching the sunset was very relaxing. We even got to see some manatees. Can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool area was amazing, nice to relax at the marina. The Tikibar was good, delicious food.The property was a little crowded, but we had all what we needed, except we would have more towels, one pr day. The bed was very comfortable.Our host, Jeff, is a super host, all the way from our first communication.

Very fun lively tiki bar & nice pool. They kitchen in room was very makeshift. No water supply to sink so had a 5 gallon container under sink. No hot water. I had to wash dishes in the bathroom. You couldn’t have the burner & toaster going together or you popped the breaker. Nice for the price

The place was fine but according to the description we were expecting to see the water from our room. Was disappointed because we could not see any water from where we were, but other than that it was great.

Outside area at Tiki bar and dock were very nice. The makeshift kitchen of camping equipment left something to be desired. The waterproof mattress pad and lack of top blankets definitely didn’t meet our expectations. The room could have used an upgrade.

Pleasant room with appreciated extras.

Room very nice with many extra touches. We appreciated the provided snacks & beverages. Plenty of towels in the bathroom, every small appliance that you might need in the efficiency kitchen. Beware of the spray from the bathroom sink, hard to avoid soaking the counter. Selected this property partly due to it's proximity to the Sarasota airport, but be aware that flights start about 6AM, will wake you up, & are continuous. SRQ is not the sleepy airport that it was a few years ago. Parking area a bit seedy. Party atmosphere at pool & bar. Would not be a good choice for a family with young kids. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The room was cozy. Listing could have provided details on snacks and items in fridge 
 didn’t know if they were included/complimentary or if I’d be charged if consumed so didn’t eat any of the items. Check in was good and staff friendly. Restaurant on site was busy with live music Friday and Saturday. We were NOT happy with their service on Saturday night as they “lost?” our order as several others who arrived long after we did received their food. We sat there for over an hour waiting and finally walked out.

Family Emergency

Individuals at the front desk were welcoming and shared important information. Excellent outside lighting and camera coverage. Stay was quiet and comfortable. The decor made the space feel warm and relaxing. Consider listing within the space or electronically which amenities are inclusive and check-out guidelines. This information was not clear to me, therefore to avoid hidden fees I did not consume items in the space.

Check in and check out was so easy! The owner was very personable and easy to communicate with! The on site restaurant and tiki bar was so fun! Great location in getting around to several places! The room was well stocked with everything we could have needed!

Ramada Inn & Tarpon Tiki Bar

The bartenders & restaurant servers at the Tarpon Tiki Bar were excellent. Food was delicious. The only issue is we only had two days of 28 with a heated pool. When evening temperatures dipped to 47 degrees the water was awlful. Many people complained to the hotel staff but there was no rush to fix it. Our room was most enjoyable.
