Upon entering the home, natural travertine flooring, warm custom wainscoting, and an ornate staircase lead you upstairs to the main level with vaulted ceiling and an open concept living room and kitchen. No expenses were spared for the finishes of the home – the custom wainscoting and tumbled travertine floor continue throughout the main living area.

The chef’s kitchen is outfitted with Viking Professional appliances, granite counter tops, bar seating for two, and is fully stocked with everything you and your sous chef need to create an amazing meal. The living room is the perfect place to cozy up after a long day, or to enjoy a movie night in. The sofa contains a queen-sized pullout bed and sleeps up to two guests.

Just off the main living area you’ll find the primary suite. The king-sized bed with luxury hotel linens and plush pillows awaits you for a dream-filled night of rest. Savor the spa-like en-suite bathroom with oversized vanity, custom marble mosaic tile, and tub and shower combo.

From the living room, the steps up lead to the private rooftop deck! Relax and catch some rays in the lounge chairs or gather around the fire table on warm summer nights. The rooftop deck also has a gas barbeque for summertime grilling, cocktails, and entertainment while enjoying sparkling city views.

The residence accommodates carport parking for one car and has access to full laundry amenities in the carport closet, which can be accessed from the ground floor.

The home’s prime location with easy access to beaches, the ferry, and market makes walking around town the perfect choice. Across the street is Succulent Coffee Roasters, a full-service restaurant and coffee shop - a popular destination for locals and visitors alike. And just down the block is the Balboa Island Park, where you can enjoy summertime concerts. The ferry is at the end of the block, a short 1-minute walk, and a quick ride across the harbor to Newport Landing. Play some games at the Fun Zone, grab a frozen banana, or enjoy an evening of fine dining on the water.

**An additional $175 cleaning fee will be charged for excess sand in the home, including sand on furniture or in beds. Damaged towels or linens will incur a $20 per towel and $50 per sheet fee.**
