OCE106A - This immaculate 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse style duplex is handicap accessible and located on the beach block of the North end of the boardwalk. Inlet and dining attractions also nearby! 2 car parking, patio area, many new updates and a great value so do not delay! Pets considered on case by case basis and additional fee. Beach badges included. 1st Floor is open concept, fully stocked kitchen with peninsula seating, dining, living room. 1 bedroom with Queen bed and half bath (or can be utilized as a handicap shower). 2nd floor is 1 queen bedroom and other BR is 2 twins. Full bath with tub/shower and laundry on this level.

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner.
