Home rental includes sheets, towels, pillows, & bedding. Formal Living RM, Dining RM, Brand New Kitchen w/breakfast bar, Keuring and drip coffee makers, 3 Bedrooms , 2 Full Baths. Washer and Dryer included. Nice yard for entertaining outside! Parking for 4 cars in private driveway. A must see! Enjoy Pt. Pleasant and all it has to offer! Pets (small pets) may be considered on a case by case basis.
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year!
