Beautiful Shabby-Chic Cabin Downtown Hot Springs

Introducing "The Love Nest", a luxury cabin inspired by none other than Marilyn Monroe located in Downtown Hot Springs walking distance to Bath House Row and all the wonderful shops, restaurants and venues Hot Springs has to offer. This unique cabin is beautiful inside & out with a clean, modern look and of course Marilyn is everywhere! Take a Ghost Tour, a Horse & Buggy ride, check out The Gangster Museum, jump on a Duck Boat ride, hike, fish, Magic Springs, Garvin Woodland Gardens or if you're feeling lucky check out Oaklawn Racing & Casino. You are literally in the center of all that the beautiful city of Hot Springs has to offer.
When you arrive at this brand new luxury cabin you have the option of parking on the designated parking pad on the lot directly next to the property or there is on-street parking also so the choice is yours. There are 2 staircases to enter the property. We recommend you come up the second staircase when you first arrive with your luggage. It's wider and it leads you directly to the entrance of the cabin. The cabin is beautiful! There's a crystal chandelier, ship-lap walls, hand-crafted banisters, lots of windows to take in the view or you can close the shades and enjoy your privacy. The living room is a cozy space with a super comfy sofa & movie reel end tables. Put your feet up and stream your favorite shows on the smart tv, The kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and is stocked with everything you need, even some spices in case you want to spice things up a bit. The bedroom downstairs offers a queen size bed, smart tv, on suit laundry room and a covered patio complete with outside dining for 4 and a charcoal BBQ grill. This is a great spot to hang out in the evenings. The bathroom is on the rustic side. A copper sink, cool pipe shelving to store all your toiletries and a walk-in shower. Upstairs you will find another queen bed, smart tv plenty of closet space and a cute office space in case you need it. We are thrilled with the way everything turned out in this new build, we hope you will choose to stay with us for your Hot Springs vacation.

The cabin is super clean. It’s in a nice area-walking distance to downtown but far enough away that it’s quiet at nice. There is a donut shop across the street you can walk to for breakfast. I like that there was an alarm for when we left. It was perfect for our family of four. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to Hot Springs.

We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin was so clean, cozy, and welcoming—it instantly felt like home. The location was perfect with easy parking and just a quick trip to downtown Hot Springs. We also appreciated the extra peace of mind with the alarm system, even though the neighborhood itself felt very safe. As for the second set of stairs that other reviewers mentioned, it really wasn’t a problem—even for my 69-year-old mother. We’d happily stay here again!

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at the Love Nest in Hot Springs, AR. Great location close to Downtown Hot Springs. We walked from the Cabin down to bathhouse row. Cabin was clean and cozy. Would definitely stay hear again. And would highly recommend it to anyone else planning a visit to Hot Springs.

House was super clean and comfortable ! Located just a mile from all the action on downtown Hot Springs ! Nice little kolache/donut shop right across the street! Parking in the street was convenient and nicely lite by street light. There was however a car show and those people were driving up and down the street until about 3am ! I’m sure they enjoyed theirselves ! All and all great location and wonderful clean house !

Perfect perfect perfect

They have thought of everything. The location is perfect right there by everything to if you want you can walk. Love the theme that’s is going on . So peaceful. The donut shop literally right across street came in handy to when dad was hungry and we weren’t ready he got a donut hold him over . I loved that they also recognize first responders here and in the whole town.When I come back I will stay here again. Btw loved the orange pot pans not sure how they knew that was my favorite color lol. Thank you so much.

Great location!

My two daughters and I stayed one long weekend in April. Previously mentioned comments about the stairs are accurate- they are narrow and steep, but we are young and able bodied so this was not an issue.The house was in well kept condition and was perfect for our weekend away. The house was easy walking distance to historic downtown with easy access to food, shopping, hiking, and bath houses. Owners were easy to communicate with although we did not encounter any problems. Overall 10/10.

Excellent property, close to heart of activity

I booked this property for a quick mother daughter trip. The aesthetic is so fun and the house was exactly what we needed. The off street parking is great, but access to the house was a little tricky with large suitcases. It’s located just a few minutes away from bathhouse row and great restaurants. We loved it!

This property was absolutely spotless, and had a wonderful layout. The second bedroom in the loft area was actually large and both beds were very comfortable. This property is close to everything and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. The owners communicated quite well, and the property is close to everything Hot Springs has to offer.

The house was cute and in a great location with little drive time to the historic district. Everything was very clean. Only downside was that it does get cold at night so bring extra blankets. Other than that I would definitely book this location again for another trip to Hot Springs.

Cute intimate house

The house is a crisp experience with amazing atmosphere. However you will need to bring your own coffee grounds, but coffee maker, filter, sugar and creamer provided. There is parking on the street with good condition stairs leading to the house, or if you would like a more adventurous walk to the house, you can park in the adjacent property up the hill with a more narrow and difficult stairway down. We found that we preferred just stepping down from the short wall that soaped down the side of the property on the parking lot side.TLDR: Nice interior, property not disabled friendly. Recommended for middle aged and younger guests. Would recommend
