Great location - very easy to get to anything that we wanted to do! The dedicated parking spot was very nice as well. Beds were very comfortable and we had just about everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend here in Hot Springs.

We had a wonderful time at this quaint, modernized vintage home in Hot Springs! Very clean and cozy. Jason was extremely helpful and responsive when we needed him. Although a little farther of a walk to downtown than we were comfortable with, it was a super easy to reach by car in just a few minutes. Great hosts and a great home! Thank you!

Our stay at the Poppy House was great! Jason & Dawn were attentive and communicative, the property is located super close to town and everything around it, and it was great for us and our kids.

All destinations that we wanted to go to took 10min or less! Downtown is very close as well. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the house was very clean and had everything we needed!

Very clean and nicely decorated. Host couple were very prompt with any replies. Mind you , there are lots of steps to climb to get to the front door. As long as you’re aware, no problems . We were there Arkansas Derby weekend . Had a blast !

Nice house in a good location

We enjoyed our stay. House is clean and beds are very comfortable. Very good location, lots of things to do within 15 minutes drive from the house. Listing needs to be corrected (2 bedrooms/1 bathroom) to avoid any confusion.

Overall the stay was fine- cute place and clean and comfy. One disappointment was communication regarding a safety concern. We reported a mild gas smell during our stay, received an initial response that someone would be contacted, but never got any follow-up or update afterward. Even though it did not become an emergency, clearer communication would have been appreciated.

Adorable little cottage

We had the best time staying here for a long weekend. The house is cute and cozy and perfect for our small family of 3. The owners were in touch ahead of time and during our stay to make sure everything was great. The location is great, just north of all the downtown shops and restaurants. The beds were comfy and the couch is deep and great to lounge on. We didn’t do much cooking in the kitchen, but it looked like anything we might have needed was there. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever make it back to Hot Springs!

A Diamond in Hot Springs

Tastefully remodeled, charming home in the heart of Hot Springs. Close to the main attraction of Bathhouse Row. We have stayed in many VRBOs and this is the first one that isn’t plastered with rules and a long list of hosekeeping that needed to be done before you leave. A true DIAMOND in the state of Arkansas.

It was a perfect little house in the historic district of Hot Springs. Well kept and modern inside, great front porch to sit and enjoy just relaxing. There are 35 steps from street level to the porch so you get a workout in as a bonus! (Really easy I don't mean that to sound daunting)The main strip is about a mile up the road, easy walk if you are capable of walking it (also will save on trying to find a parking spot downtown)Host was very communicative and made sure I know they were available if needed at any time (I didn't, everything I needed was there and available).Lovely house, would definitely stay again if I come back to the area
