Excellent customer service

My friends and I had a wonderful experience. The concierge( Flower and Mariella were extremely helpful and friendly as was the rest of the staff. I would highly recommend a stay here at Flamingo resort. PS To the owner: Add a couple more chairs to front balcony.

Beautiful Condo - Nosey people and property manager ruined our last couple of days

The Condo was phenomenal, as were the views. The staff went out of their way to assist us and we were loving this place UNTIL I received a call for the property manager (Estevan) about another person being concerned that my kids ages 11 and 7 were unattended at the pool which was not the case as their 17 year old brother and my wife I were watching them as well. The kids were not splashing yelling or screaming they were just enjoying the pool. The root cause of this issue wasn't that the fact that my kids were unattended at the pool, the real issue was that the people that own condos didn't like kids being in "their pool". I know exactly who complained as she was minding everyone's business except her own. After the call from the property manager, he followed up with ann electronic communication Stating the same thing. At that point I felt harassed and unwelcome and it really did put a negative spin on what was a wonderful stay. Prior to this incident I also asked the property manager to try and reserve a golf cart for me, but he was obviously too consumed with matters more important like harassing me about the pool. No worries though we went and rented our own when he failed to follow through. Overall would recommend but steer clear of the Nosey Rosies that own condos there and maybe Estevan

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely amazing! The property is gorgeous and well kept with views for days! The pics don’t do it justice! Great location by the beautiful Playa Flamingo beach and nearby to Tamarindo. We loved our stay here. We had a couple of maintenance issues while we were here and the staff took care of things. And the staff, by the way, is the icing on the cake! They go out of their way to cater to you! We wish we could go back again and again!!
