It accommodates up to 22 guests with 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. There are 4 parking spaces available. Motorcycles and trailers are not allowed. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, oven, cookware, flatware ,washer and dryer, community pool, hot tub, charcoal grill, and putting green. Linens and Departure Maid Service Included.

Great Vacation Home

The home was lovely and the location even better. We had a great time but thanks to Debby our time was cut short :( I would recommend this home for larger family gatherings.

Great place

Our property was right by the pool and grilling area. We had lots of issues with people using the pool and grills coming onto our property and using our items without permission. They blocked our steps to our deck and we were constantly asking them to move.

Everything was good except the clothes dryer that marked up the towels and clothes. And the railings on the decks were loose We loved having 2 refrigerators!

Only 4 parking spaces

8 Bedrooms 7 Bathrooms very nice 3 level house but only had 4 parking spaces, that put a damper on the whole stay due to family member had 2 small children and she was trying to find parking close by. The parking spaces problem was not mention in the advertisement

Family time

Perfect location for large family time. Plenty of room, rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was completely stocked with cookware, electric appliances, china, cutlery, cups, glasses… everything. And two of everything. However the living room furniture needs replacing, not clean, very uncomfortable and no support. I covered with towels to sit on. A checker piece was missing on the game table. Porch furniture had cigarette ashes on high table top. The pool was perfect. I think the cleaning company needs evaluation.

Fun

My family had a wonderful time staying in the Perfect Vacation Home in Cherry Grove! There was plenty of room for my family of 14. Granted, there were a lot of steps, but that kept us from gaining weight with all the eating we did in the well-equipped kitchen! I was worried about the walk to the beach, but it was a very short and easy walk. There were a few very small issues with the house e.g.: no stopper in two of the sinks, cracked tile, but nothing that needed to be fixed while we were there. The property manager was right on top of any questions or concerns we had. All we had to do was send a text, and we received a response in a very timely manner.

This house was awesome for a bigger family. With two levels of bedrooms each family had their own area to escape and great gathering areas.
