The kitchen had everything as far as cooking items. The place was clean. The owner is responsive and friendly. The neighbors were friendly and quiet.

This is a very good place to stay. Very well stocked with everything you need for your stay to make the vacation very pleasant. I would for sure stay here again when visiting Englewood

We had a visit planned to Englewood. This house had everything. Snacks and coffee too. Clean. Beach chairs and coolers. Would stay again.

Loved it!

The place was clean, quiet and spacious with lots of extras like snacks, laundry detergent, lots of kitchen supplies and a great location- close to beach and park! Nice neighborhood as well.

Good location with great access!

Overall, the property appeared well-cared-for. We rented it to do renovations on a condo on Little Gasparilla Island and the proximity to the island, beaches and stores was perfect for us. This not a complaint, but just some constructive feedback for the host. We could have used a coffee grinder and a pizza cutter to make our stay more pleasant. We got by without both and it didn't ruin our experience, but would be a couple of nice touches to add.

Quiet neighborhood with easy access to fun

It was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We chose this place because it was very close to my parents. It was a short drive to beaches, restaurants, farmer's markets, shopping. We highly recommend this property.

Excellent experience

The house was clean, had all the amenities we wanted & more. Although it was just myself and my spouse, I highly recommend this house for a family as there is plenty of room and the kids room has plenty of space as well!

Clean and homey

This home was lovely. Everything was clean and it had so many accommodations in the kitchen and bathroom. There was spices and plenty of cookware. Soap and laundry detergent. All of this was much appreciated. Only thing that we didn’t have would have been nice was a pan for the oven. There were two bikes (which was cool, but one of them had a flat tire and the other the chain kept falling off), beach toys (a great perk!), and towels and beach chairs. Overall, a very nice stay!

Home base while visiting friends whose home is awaiting repairs from IAN.

Our main criteria was to be near our friends home. This was a perfect location. We even walked over once. The place was better than I expected from the photos. It is spacious, nicely decorated without being cluttered. They provide the basics. The cooking pans and dishes are new and clean. They provide space for you to store your own groceries! We some minor problems and the owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. We may stay here again.
