Situé dans Rotonda West - à mi-chemin de la communauté de golf de acte restreint entre Sarasota et Fort Myers et à proximité de trois aéroports locaux (Tampa, Sarasota et Fort Myers). Ce est un emplacement idéal, à proximité des plages, six terrains de golf, réserve naturelle, grands magasins !! et à la portée de toutes les principales attractions de la Floride - vous aurez l'embarras du choix.

La piscine dispose d'un aspect sud, idéal pour bronzer et pour profiter de la vue spectaculaire parcours de golf. La piscine / véranda est entièrement enfermé dans une cage en filet. La grande zone de véranda attrape le soleil toute la journée - idéal pour bronzer. Il ya aussi beaucoup de zones d'ombre pour se rafraîchir. Quatre longues et tables d'appoint sont prévus pour votre confort.

ACTIVITÉS ET ATTRACTIONS

Les activités de plage comprennent un bain de soleil, le canotage et la pêche; la chasse aux coquilles colorées et requins préhistoriques dents; oiseau et le coucher du soleil observation et peut-être même un dauphin occasionnelle ou lamantins. Nous sommes à 10 min de route de superbes plages de Key Manasota avec quatre belles plages à choisir. Il ya des sentiers pour la randonnée au col Stump State Park qui est un sanctuaire de la faune à la pointe de Manasota Key.

Gasparilla Island est un court trajet en voiture au sud où vous pourrez visiter les plages de Boca Grande et le phare.

Les bateaux peuvent être loués pour des excursions de pêche ou de plaisance. Voyages organisés offrent une variété de voyages, y compris un voyage de coucher de soleil où les dauphins chassent votre bateau!

Le golf est un temps populaire dans la région ainsi. Il ya beaucoup de possibilités pour un grand jeu de golf à l'un des six de golf à proximité.

Sarasota, situé à moins d'une heure, est connu pour faire du shopping, manger, et de beaux-arts.

We stayed the month of March and overall, the home was just as pictured. The house was large, clean and had all the amenities needed for a long stay. Location was central to the beaches and restaurants, situated in a quiet section of Rotonda West that backed up to the golf course. Owner and management company were responsive and check in process was smooth. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rotonda West to highly consider.

Well equipped lovely property

This house is very private with a great sunny-all-day pool. There is every appliance that you can imagine in the kitchen as well as spices! We had a relaxing time and would definitely go back!

Very nice vacation home

We spent a total of three weeks there in May 2023 and enjoyed our stay very much. Two weeks with our adult daughter and one week as a couple. The house is large and quietly located. It is tastefully decorated and well equipped. The kitchen is very well equipped. We felt very comfortable there. The property management responds incredibly quickly to requests and takes care of the tenants' concerns very quickly and competently. We will gladly come back again. Susanne and Norbert (Germany)

Rotonda Close to Boca Grand, Don Pedro, Manasota Beaches

House was close to what we wanted to explore, some SW FL beaches: Boca Granda, Don Pedro Island & Manasota Key… the layout and set up of the house was good for us. However, we felt it was a bit used? tired? Needs a general refresher here and there. Was not entirely clean upon arrival (ex hairs on floors, smell. House manger was very good responding to any issue.

Hello Bryan, since you left, we couldn't find the remote opener of the garage. We have been trying to contact you in various ways, but we haven't received your reply. If you see this, please contact me, thank you. The hair and smell you mentioned in your review might be caused due to the same day check in and out between you and previous guests. The time was a little bit tight, so the smell of the detergent could not be completely dissipated. We will pay special attention to it in the future and try our best to make every guest satisfied.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Floors were a little dirty. Left my socks black on the bottom after walking around inside. Fans in bedrooms didn’t work. Batteries were corroded in controller. Microwave wasn’t functioning. Fans in kitchen was quite dirty. Overall it was a lovely home.

- The pictures on the listing do not match reality. The place needs serious upkeep. - Landscaping is encroaching into the lanai and screen door cannot be used due to excessive weeds. - There is mold in the pool around the top tile and water feature. - Mold in the primary shower. - Pool tile is breaking off into the pool. - Pool deck needs power washing. - Kitchen light cover kept falling down. - There was very little room for our kitchen foods and such because the cabinets were stuffed with house ware and left behinds. - Refrigerator door shelves were broke and told the host. After being there a month nothing was done to repair. - We sure would have liked to have known they were repaving the entire area. Made getting in and out of house very interesting and caused delays in our travel. - I would not recommend this place until some TLC is done to it. - Grill was not clean and full of grease even though there is a sign there stating to clean it

Potential to be more than what it is.

General cleanliness was very poor inside and outside of the property. The pool steps were cracked which would impact on a disabled person who wanted to use the pool. Both reclining chairs in the pool area were damaged beyond use. The kitchen was poorly stocked and we had to boil a pan to make a cup of tea. It does have a coffee machine if you like coffee. Essential utensils such as can opener were not stocked, no working vacuum cleaner or brush to brush tiled floor of which several are damaged in the kitchen area. The general decorating has been undertaken to a poor standard and I would not have accepted the quality output if it was my house. The cleanliness of the outside furniture was very dirty and clearly never been power washed Florida is renowned for insects but kitchen cupboards should not have cockroaches in them. We left the cupboards and stored the all foods in the fridge. On a plus it has a good shower in the main bathroom and it is on a nice location overlooking the golf course. I did contact the owner on day one to advise of the reclining chairs were damaged expecting the property management team to change straight away, instead I received the response, thank for letting me know. Hence unable to relax by the pool. Whilst my review is no great, it wouldn't take to much to rectify. My recommendations are listed below. 1) sack you cleaner. 2) employee pest control, truly Nolan pest control are local. 3) invest in the property, ensure the villa has its basics. 4) undertake routine maintenance, the villa isn't the worse in the road but it came a close second.

We are sorry for the reviewer's negative experience. We put great care into our property and have a professional property management team in charge of maintenance; any request by the tenant will be swiftly responded to by the manager. For example, the writer of this review did not like the k-cup coffee machine, so we promptly provided them with a more traditional model. Then they complained that the new model was not big enough, so we swiftly replaced the smaller model with a bigger one. They were also unhappy that the lounge chairs were too old, so we quickly responded by replacing the old chairs with new ones. At the time, we acknowledged our cleaning staff's mistake of accidentally leaving a working glove on one of the lounge chairs and waived the reviewer's cleaning fee as compensation. The reviewer mentioned the property not having a water boiler and a can opener, but our property came with a water boiler and two types of can opener (manual and electric Despite our best efforts, we were sorry to hear that the reviewer did not enjoy their stay. In the future, we will continue to strive to bring the best service to our tenants who do choose to stay here.

Remote Location

The property was very comfortable and quiet, but in need of some TLC. It was advertised with an electric heated pool, but the owner charged us extra for heating it. This needs to be disclosed in the listing NOT after booking. Lanai furniture consisted of an indoor dining table and 4 outdoor chairs plus 2 sun loungers held together with zip ties. Lanai deck was very dirty and needed cleaning. Rotunda West is a long drive from US41 or I75 and there are no shops or restaurants close by, but great for golfers and if you want a quiet place to stay. Internet service was patchy and kept going down. Property Manager was very helpful and responsive.

Nice House, overall good, but a few issues

Nice house & neighborhood. Was there for 15 days. No major issues, but a few misses in my opinion. Grass needed cutting when we got there, alerted Property Manager of that on my 2nd day, but still never got cut during my 2 weeks there. Biggest issue to me, was the restriction on running the A/C. In their House rules/instruction booklet, they stated in the very first page, not to set A/C below 78*, that it may freeze up the compressor. I understand this, but is disappointing considering how nice the rest of the house is. Ceiling fans in every room help, but this was still a bit on the uncomfortable side for us. Also they only furnish one house key...even motels give out 2 keys. Unreasonable to expect a large family or group to always be coming and going at the same time. People come and go, different interests, should furnish more than one key. Overall good stay, with no BIG issues, but could have been a 5 star stay with resolution of a few things.

Enjoyable Stay

My husband and I came with our adulation daughter. We had a great time. Great location. Management was very nice. Only issues we had was with the pool was pretty dirty..and the heat was only on from 10am to 4pm which was convenient for us because we did a lot of evening swimming and it the water pretty cold. The house was very nice…needs some basic maintenance and it had a few dead cockroaches but it’s Florida so we understood. We would definitely stay there again.

It was worth the price

The property was not as clean as we expected and it needed some basic maintenance but overall it was a nice house. The kitchen was fully equipped and the pool was a nice touch. The owner and property manager were very easy to work with and resolved the few issues that had came up quickly. (Make sure to bring your own hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and blow dryer)

The back view is good but otherwise it’s not worth the dealing with crooked owner that will try to charge you for additional things. First of, before we purchased stay at this property I inquired about the extra cost of pool heating. Owner wrote and said it’s 10 dollars a day. Sounds reasonable so we booked. Upon arrival, he informs me that the actual heating runs only from 10am till 4pm. So the 10 per day was a lie as it takes a couple of days with heat running to warm up pool that size. So essentially you are paying for cold pool. Second, when we arrived, the garage door didn’t open so parked outside. Once we checked our owner wants to charge me for garage door repair. So if you go, make sure and check everything otherwise be prepared to be charged for later.

There are several false statements in this review 1. The guest claims that the garage was malfunctioning when they checked in. However, on the second day after checked in, they specifically told us that everything was in working order. We also performed an inspection before the guest and found everything was in good condition. 2. The guest only paid for heating the pool for 14 days started from December 21st. They should stop using the pool heat from January 4th. However, the utility bill showed that the pool heat was on through January 16th. The pool was still warm when we inspected the property after they left. We had to turn it off. When we questioned them about it, the guest claimed that besides the 14 days they paid for, they only used the pool heater on the last day. This is all we have to say.
