• Onsite, free parking for 2 vehicles
• Neighborhood walking loop for 360 views
• Wifi and 5G cellular access (Our wifi is slow but most people have 5G cellular at our stay)

Extremely quiet neighborhood walk that offers views of downtown Asheville, Fletcher, and Fairview. Views of Asheville airport and airliners landing and taking off! MANY types of wildlife to be seen including A LOT of turkeys, deer, squirrels, hummingbirds, groundhogs, bears, you name it!

THE DRIVE UP (Important): Driving up the neighborhood is a steep, paved, one way road where it is important to be courteous of other drivers. Be prepared to backup and/or find a spot to let them by. There are no guard rails along the road. If it is foggy or there are leaves on the road, take your time! Parking is in our gravel driveway or up above and then walk down. Four wheel drive is not required. There will be NO refunds if you show up and find the drive to be scary or dangerous because I've outlined it here! If you don't like mountainous drives, please don't book. I don't find it to be that bad nor do the families that have been up here for decades but I'm making this disclaimer due to previous guests. Reviews on here may provide further insight to the road as well. Thank you.

I give my guests space but am available when needed
We live right next door as can be seen in the photos. We plan to have no interaction with you as this is your personal space and getaway. Please do not hesitate to message or call us if you need assistance or need a recommendation for a place to eat, hike, swim, etc!

Great place for a couple days in the mountains!

Perfect spot for a weekend in Asheville. Viewe are unparalleled and pretty convenient in terms of access to downtown etc.

My family to include two kids stayed here to get our first camper experience and was such a nice get away with the most amazing views. Very close to everything!

Awesome views

Great people, great property. The perfect getaway spot. Nice and quiet on the mountain with great views. Very nice camper with a nice little outdoor patio to hang out with cool lights when it’s dark. Not a far drive from everything you need.

Perfect Couple Getaway

The camper was very clean upon arrival, and despite it being below freezing outside the heater kept us incredibly warm! It was very cozy and perfect for two people. The view was absolutely stunning and it’s in very close distance to downtown Asheville and to the Biltmore. I would recommend this to any couple looking to get away for a trip!

Fantastic Stay!

My boyfriend and I were needing a taste of the outdoors but we weren’t ready to commit to going tent camping. This stay was perfect! Amazing views straight out of the window as you lay in bed and a cozy RV, perfect for 2 people. It felt like we were in a remote area, yet we were easily able to call a quick Uber to Asheville when we needed. I couldn’t recommend this stay enough! Perfect for anyone who wants the camping experience, but doesn’t want to compromise running water and A/C.

A Gorgeous View!

A very quiet neighborhood, please read driving instructions especially if you are coming in after dark. The queen bed is on the hard side so if you like hard beds then you'll love this one! It is a very peaceful area.

Perfect!

If you're already reading this, just book it! It was perfect for 1-2 people. Quiet and cost-effective way to relax and have great views. 15 mins from downtown Asheville. Mark was great and the RV was exactly what I was looking for!

great view and secluded space

My boyfriend and I stayed here and couldn’t recommend it more. I could definitely see us coming back again. It was nice to be on the property and see the amazing views without having to leave/hike. We have already recommended it to others. I would agree that the camper only comfortably fits 2. I couldn’t imagine having to store 4 peoples luggage and try to move around.

Great mountain get away

This was perfect for our weekend in Asheville. The views were amazing to wake up to. The driveway and road up to it are very steep so I let my husband drive. He loved it! We both loved the quiet to give us time to unwind from our busy life. We got a great night sleep, but adding some more cushioning to the mattress would make it even better. The short 15ish min drive to downtown Asheville made it easy to get to our events. Saving this spot for our next Asheville get away!

Great views in a compact camper.

My wife and I stayed here in mid March. Great, quaint little camper that has a very comfortable queen sized bed and a pair of bunk beds. I wouldn't recommend having anymore than two people stay here, however, as the place is very tiny and we used the bunk beds to store our luggage. We encountered some very cold weather during our stay (26 degrees overnight) but the heat held up just fine. The sunrises look exactly like in the pictures listed. You're in downtown Asheville in 15 minutes or less and also only 15-30 minutes from a bunch of hikes and wineries. Just be aware that the owner isn't kidding when describing the steep road up to their property. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and would recommend it for others.
