Updated duplex on quiet street close to dining, shopping, hospitals & mountains,

Nicely appointed duplex that's walking distance to local attractions and a short drive to Bellingham, Semiahmoo, etc. You'll love the facilities and the proximity to hospitals, restaurants, a wonderful pub, shopping and it's a short drive from here to the ocean or the mountains.

The home was renovated in July 2022 - paint, carpet, furniture, etc. It's located on a quiet street and has a private back yard and a nice patio for evening relaxation.

The main bedroom has a King sized bed and a full ensuite. The two upstairs bedrooms have Queen beds, and one has been set up as an office with a standing desk, extra monitor, printer, keyboard, mouse, and phone charging pad all connected to a hub. On clear days the desk has a perfect view of the Twin Sisters mountains. The office also has a trundle bed - the house sleeps 7 comfortably and 8 is possible.

It features a fully equipped kitchen, in-home laundry, and a large garage with driveway parking as well.

Amenities include high speed wireless internet and 125+ channels on the 62" flat screen tv.

This home checks all the boxes for location, a well-stocked kitchen, inside and outside space (including garage access) and being family-friendly and pet friendly. Carolyn, the host, was quick to respond to inquiries and very easy to work with. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay

The home was very clean, comfortable and located in a great neighborhood. It felt cozy and welcoming - like a home away from home. There were plenty of linens, and the kitchen was one of the best stocked we've ever seen in a rental, with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Host......I had to change dates back and forth but the last email correspondence between me and host was clear on dates yet she charged me an extra night since it was the holidays and we needed the place for families I just paid it very sad she would r honor her word per the correspondence.

Enjoyed a wonderful return visit to this Lynden property. We were glad to return to a place that we knew. Amazing hosts; quiet neighborhood; easy to get to all the places we needed to, from Bellingham to the Border and beyond.

Excellent in every respect

This location worked out perfectly. The floor plan is laid out very nicely. It was clean, close to walking paths. It was nice to come back to after some long days of sight seeing. It is central to anything you would need. We loved it!

Home Repair Haven

Our stay in Lynden was the perfect haven while our home was being repaired. A great family-friendly neighborhood, responsive hosts, and a very comfortable bed all helped make our stay stress-free and peaceful. Highly recommended!

They thought of everything!

What a wonderful time we had in Washington! Our VRBO was fantastic. Everything was clean and perfect. The neighborhood was safe and has great sidewalks and street lighting. The home was updated and the layout was fantastic with the master on the main. The owner thought of everything to make our stay homey and comfortable. We could not have been more delighted!

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay in Lynden during our duration. Nice beautiful quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space to relax with enough bedrooms for the 3 of us to stay comfortably. Definitely would be staying here again for the next time.
