Parking a nightmare creative wording on listing 3 hangers and one closet for 2 bed room they took one bedroom apartment made into two bed the living room made into bed room you enter front door into bed room then they made the dining area a living room tiny kitchen fully stocked laugh able at best tiny skillet small pan and pot maybe for one person pillows are the flattest oldest things I’ve seen and the communal patio for the building barely big enough for 2 people not the one pictured on the ground cheap for the area and well located are the best I can say for this place the other reviews are spot on

Not the best choice for your next trip to Miami
Property location was the only saving grace to this listing. Overall cleanliness was less than ideal, had a cockroach in 1 of our rooms which isn't great. No pillow cases on pillows so sweat marks from however many people have used them before were very visible. No hand towels were provided, only 4 bath towels were provided for 4 adults for a 4 night stay. Parking spot wasn't needed but I think only a Mazda Miata could fit there but good luck getting out of a parked vehicle in that space. No communication on where to take trash, pretty sure we used 1 of the neighboring apartment trash cans. No communication on check out procedure/expectations. Went to use the oven to heat up some left over pizza & oven started instantly smoking so turned it off. Tried using the fan above the oven & 1 of the grates from under fell off. The ducks/ducklings out front were nice, until you noticed the excessive amount of duck poop all on the sidewalk, walk up & the front steps.

Just okay
We were able to find the building with no issues and to enter the building, using the codes, provided with no issues. The big issues to me were, it states that there is a free parking space, but in all honesty, maybe a moped would fit there, not any type of vehicle. so we had to park across the street which was $10 an hour just to park. All street parking was taken after riding around and constantly trying to find a place for well over an hour. I believe that the pictures are somewhat deceiving of the unit. The door to the unit opens straight into a bedroom and that bedroom only has glass doors so if anybody wanted to go to sleep early in that room, they really couldn’t with people being in the living room. none of the TVs worked, not that we were there to watch TV. The place was dirty. There were some rotted food in the refrigerator. There was dirt on the floors and I’m not really sure if the sheets were clean or not. I did wear flip-flops when I took a shower because the bathtub looked dirty as well. The pictures give an overall bigger feel for the unit, but in reality, the kitchen is extremely small, but there is room in the bedrooms and in the living room. Overall, you could walk to get coffee or even breakfast and then walk down by the waters edge and enjoy your coffee. Down around the corner was a really good place to eat called Pinocchio’s which had a great breakfast and a great park to walk through across the street. I’m extremely neutral about this place to stay while it has a great location, I wish it had been cleaner and more accurate in the descriptions.
