This Beautiful cozy getaway is your home away from home. This 2 bedroom/1 Bathroom is located in central miami, near wynwood, Midtown and the Miami design district area and a few minutes away from the Airport (MIA), Downtown and the Beach. Our home is fully equipped with your essential needs, Quality Beds (1 Queen,2 twins)/Pillows and fresh and clean towels. High speed internet with 3 smart TV's, Full Kitchen, washer/dryer and one private parking space available with gate access.

Great stay

It was a nice place to stay while me and my friend stayed in Miami. It’s close to everything so Lyfts weren’t too expensive.

Relaxing Getaway

The property was very nice, updated and clean. The beds were so comfortable, the bedrooms have black out curtains, and the neighborhood is real quiet so we slept like a baby. There are quite a few post it notes through the house with rules and few kitchenware available which I assume are a result of poor previous renters so I completely understood. Check in and check out was simple. Parking right at the front door. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, well kept property. Quit neighborhood. Main route leading to property looked run down & a bit sketchy but, the rental itself was fine. Had everything we needed, witht he exception of a toaster. Would stay here again.

Nothing crazy but perfect.

Had a 1 week stay here and this place was pretty much prefect. Small front house with everything needed, all the basics and The green/orange line on the corner giving you easy access to the airport and downtown. The whole place was clean and kinda cute. Could hear the back house through the walls sometimes but didn't bother me much. Nothing too crazy but perfect for a couple friends enjoying a week in Miami.

All was great however the ad stated sleeps 5 people. We assumed the 5th person would sleep on the sofa but it is not long enough for a 12 year old. This place is perfect for 4 people and is close to everything!

The check in process was a little hectic due to minor error however, Chris was accommodating, and communication was professional. Home was gated, 15 minute ride to south beach, all amenities in order, tv easy to operate, and basic essentials were provided. I will be back and would definitely recommend. Thank you Mr. Chris

Mother was in a life and death accident on the way down to the property.

No stay, little communication with the host, still awaiting response from last message. Our Mother is still in ICU. We are not wanting the money back At this time but to move the trip around to a different date .

Felt like prison

Inside was nicely renovated. Metrorail was at the end of the street. All windows and doors were barred and there wasn't a chair to sit outside. Depressed neighborhood. I was afraid to walk outside by myself. Not worth the money.

Bad area beware

The house looks nice in the pictures but beware its a very sketchy area. When we got to the location we found that it was in a very bad part of town, all the houses surrounded by large fences and gates, homeless people and questionable characters everywhere. It is not close to everything like the add says, its close to nothing but a sketchy McDonalds. I didnt feel safe staying there with my family so we made other arrangements. Not worth the risk and not worth the price.

Miami Stay

The only difficulty we had was at check in. I’m not sure who was at fault. The arrival instructions contained the wrong entry code. The phone number for the host was wrong. We called VRBO and they called the host with us on the line so we could get the correct code. We got the code but witnessed an argument between the host and VRBO. Everything else was great! I do recommend it.
