2-Story Townhouse with King Size Bed off Capital Blvd

We invite you to stay in our newly renovated townhouse attached to our other short-term rental townhome. Yes, we have two home side by side. Both serve as short-term rentals. These residences are off of Capital Blvd, 10 mins to downtown, 25 to RDU, and minutes to other surrounding family-friendly activities, and nightlife. We created an environment appealing to couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. This townhome has one king bed, two queen beds, and a queen sleeper sofa.

Newly remodeled. Feels modern and comfortable.
Guests have an elegant, open kitchen with new appliances, granite countertops, and cabinets.

Everything you will need for your stay is at your disposal. There is a large living space with leather sofas. It has a huge 65-inch smart Roku TV. The sofa folds out to a queen bed. Recessed and pendant light fixtures accent this restful space. Dedicated workspace for business travelers. This space is not suitable for pets.

The Master bedroom suite has King size beds with pillow top mattresses and Samsung smart TV hanging on the wall. The second bedroom also has two Queen size sleigh beds and Samsung smartTV hanging on the wall. You will find fresh linens and towels for each reservation—two beautifully tiled bathrooms.

The neighborhood is quiet and close to restaurants, stores, and I-540 & I-440. Guests access the front door with a coded smart lock.

If you need anything else, we are available to provide it or help you find it. We are easy to get along with and very approachable. We will try to accommodate any reasonable request.

We have a double-car driveway with room for up to four cars. Kitchen wares are available for guests, including a Keurig coffee maker and a drip coffee maker. The entire home, Washer, and Dryer are available at no additional cost.

Primarily a town-home neighborhood, it's quiet and clean. Convenient to Capital Blvd, downtown Raleigh, basically anywhere in the Triangle!

Close to public transportation and plenty of parking. Uber and Lyft are in Raleigh.

We do not permit smoking anywhere in the house, front porch, or deck. Smoking is only allowed 25 feet away from our front porch and back door. We will charge a $200 cleaning fee if we smell smoke in the house. Littering is not permitted, including trash and cigarette butts. No other guests are allowed on the property between 11 pm, and 7 am without prior agreement. This property is not suitable for pets. Our property also has exterior cameras for security purposes.
Include all guests' names and email addresses. The easiest way to do this is to book a business trip, or you can send them via the app. Any person not included in the booking is not allowed to stay the night. If you need to add guests to your booking, you can do this through an alteration to the booking. Please do this before the guest stays, to inform your hosts.

We love our neighbors, so we like to keep it quiet after 11:00 pm. and before 7 am.

No parties. While we do not permit parties, we often host friends or family who is getting together for a reunion. Raleigh is a great place to meet and relax.

Very Strict: NO SMOKING in the house, front porch, or back deck. The designated smoking area is located in the back patio area. Guests who smoke inside the house may be liable for an additional cleaning fee of $200.

Just treat our home like you would yours, with care and attention!

Accidents happen. If anything breaks (e.g., a coffee cup hits the floor), just leave the replacement cost on the counter before leaving. We understand, and it's okay.

Please do not take the clothes, hangers, towels, pillows, or linens.
