Welcome to Seaside Serenity, a luxurious, professionally designed retreat perfect for families and groups. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this spacious home offers the best of island time living, with airy interiors and modern coastal decor.



What You’ll Love:

Prime Location – Walk or take the golf carts to the beach in minutes. The public beach access is a little over 2 blocks away - a 5 minute or less golf cart ride. We like to pass the Fire Station then head straight towards the ocean. The golf carts can be parked right across the street from the public beach access. They are not allowed to cross Highway 98 and can only be driven on side streets but if you wish to park on the same side as the beach access your car can be parked on the same side.

Private Heated Pool – Relax in the sun with loungers, outdoor fans & a grill.

Spacious & Stylish – Open-concept living, high-end furnishings, and plenty of space to unwind.

Incredible Restaurants – Downtown Port Saint Joe is a 10 minute drive. It has multiple restaurants we absolutely love. There is one iconic seafood restaurant close enough to take the golf carts to.

Master Suite – King Bed + Ensuite Bath

Guest Room 2 – King bed + Ensuite Bath (the bathroom also has a hallway entrance)

Guest Room 3 – 2 Queen Beds (Loft is up a more narrow/steep set of stairs as you consider who will sleep up there)

Guest Room 4 – A shared game room space with 1 Twin bed and 1 twin trundle bed underneath

Bunk Room 5 – 2 Twins over 2 Full Bunkbeds (the third full bath is next to the bunkroom and the hallway door can be closed to make the bathroom private to the bunkroom)



Parking: Large driveway fits up to 6 cars or 2 boats + a few cars—rare for beach rentals!

The house is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood in Port St. Joe. While the area is primarily residential, you're just a short drive from local shops and restaurants. The beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are also easily accessible, offering opportunities for relaxation and water activities. Enjoy the tranquility of the neighborhood while still being close to the attractions of Port St. Joe.



Getting Around:

Convenient Transportation & Parking: This property offers free parking on the premises, accommodating up to 6 vehicles in the driveway or 2 boats. Street parking is strictly prohibited. For exploring the area, two golf carts are included for guest use, a 6-seater and a 4-seater. Please note that while we strive to maintain them, occasional maintenance needs may arise, and refunds cannot be provided if a service call is required during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

Please take note of the following details to ensure a smooth stay: The pool is heated to a comfortable 80°F, included in your stay. For a warmer temperature, an additional $50 per day applies. This is a quiet neighborhood; quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Noise monitoring is in place. Only registered guests are permitted, and parties are strictly prohibited. Before booking, review our House Rules and Terms & Conditions, especially regarding guest count and pricing. The base nightly rate may vary. Your reservation covers up to 4 guests, with extra charges for additional guests. Verify your guest count and dates before booking; cancellations due to incorrect information follow the standard policy, and credit card fees are non-refundable.
