Absolutely loved it. Parking was easy and convenient. Shops and restaurants were all within walking distance. So much better than a hotel! I want to buy one for retirement! We will rent again!

The property was well kept. Check in was a breeze. The assistance with getting our luggage from garage to rental was awesome. Friendly staff. The riverwalk and shops near by was wonderful!!!! If I could change anything , it was be the cost. It was a little pricey but with today’s economy. The owner has to make a profit. So it’s understandable. All in all we had a great time with our friends!!!! We will come back!!!!!

A great location

Highly recommend this houseboat. It’s tastefully decorated, roomy and in an ideal location close to shops and restaurants. Centrally located on the riverwalk.

Great place to stay near downtown Wilmington. Luxurious accommodations, everything you need. We would definitely stay there again. Communication with property manager was wonderful.

Girls weekend

This property is wonderful! Location is great for downtown. We were in town for Lanney Wilson concert and was perfect location to venue! We had a great time! Hope to be back soon!

Our trip was awesome! Weather wasnt too great but that didnt change the peaceful surrounding area. Great place to relax and also have a unique experience with alot of amenities near by.

Love this place

We had a wonderful time. It was quiet and relaxing. The only con was having to leave after only staying 2 nights. I would absolutely love to come back again sometime with my family.

Amazing Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in Wilmington. "Luxe at the Cove" is such a cool place to stay--We loved it, our kids loved it, and friends and family we told about it were blown away. Plenty of room, super clean, and had all the amenities you could ask for (laundry, fully stocked kitchen, etc.). The second floor patio is a great place to enjoy morning coffee, evening drink, etc. 10/10 recommend--An awesome and unique stay!

Very nice House Boat!

Very enjoyable stay. The houseboat is super convenient to downtown a nice Riverwalk is minutes from there which can take you to multiple restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this. It is super clean and extremely comfortable! A perfect way to enjoy Wilmington!
