Excellent location and excellent hosts! We loved the condo, it was exactly what we needed. Super clean, and we could walk anywhere we wanted to downtown. Clear instructions, and the hosts responded quickly to any questions I had. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo overlooking the Riverwalk and Cape Fear River. Walkable to so many great downtown places and only a short drive to the beach. We would highly recommend Cranes Nest

This was the perfect place for us to stay in Wilmington. The location was great. The unit itself was very clean and very comfortable. The view was amazing overlooking the battleship. Directions for check in were clear and concise. We could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Clean riverfront condo waiting for your next Visit to Wilmington. Host Jody was very responsive and location excellent for a downtown stay! Parked and walked everywhere we wanted to go all weekend!

Fun place to stay near all the downtown spots. Wonderful sunset view! The property is convienient, tidy, and secure. This was agreat choice for us.

Location was great. Looks just like the pictures. Jody was very responsive. They need a better cleaning company. Even after they came back out it was very much in need of a good cleaning.

We had the absolute best time! This could not have been a more perfect location for us. It is super walkable and convenient. Tons of restaurants, boutiques, and coffee shops around. Plus a gorgeous view of cape fear! I think the only thing that would have made our stay even more perfect would be if the property had beach towels and detergent. I think we sort of thought it would have those things, so we did not pack them, but wish we did. Other than that, I could not recommend this place more! We hope to stay there again in the future!

This unit matched the photos exactly. The living room/balcony water view was amazing! The location was perfect!! There’s a bagel place for breakfast in the same building downstairs and 2 restaurants just across the street. Very close to the Cotton Exchange. So much within a short walk! The parking pass was a huge bonus and the lot was never full and felt really safe. Communication with the host was great. We would stay here again!

Beautifully decorated condo with views! Renters should know that kitchen has only mini fridges. Owner dropped off plastic ice cube trays for us so on 2nd day we had some ice. Small washer and dryer work well. Great hot water and good shower head! Wish I had a 10’ cord to use by bed for charging devices since outlets were not convenient. Be aware that sheets are polyester. Both ceiling fans work well using remotes.
