Welcome to the Marilyn. NO CLEANING FEE. Drop dead gorgeous 3 bedroom steps from downtown Wilmington river walk and all restaurants and bars. Fully stocked with EVERYTHING you need. Keurig and full coffee maker all linens and sheets provided. Just bring clothes!
There is nothing like this in Wilmington. 1 off street and ample free on street parking included! 3 bedrooms. Queen, Queen and King sleep 6. There is also an air mattress that can sleep 2 more for a total of 8. Washer and dryer included with supplies. All towels, linens and sheets are provided. Plenty of paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwasher and a FULLY stocked kitchen for making memories with family.
Hi Speed WIFI, Steamer for clothes also available
All TVs are smart TVs as well. One off street space parking space is included and there is ample free street parking as well. this is the bottom floor of a 2 unit duplex. Both can be rented together :)

Excellent Stay – Stylish, Walkable, and Welcoming

Great house in historic area. The decor made it extra special. Host was responsive and checked in to make sure stay was going great. Super easy check in and check out process. Nice walk to the downtown area.

Steve is a wonderful owner. The Showstopper was was really cute. The place was immaculate, the kitchen was stocked with what we needed and the beds were comfortable. Steve was easy to communicate with and very prompt in answering any questions we had. We definitely would recommend staying here as we will likely do again next summer. And it is so close to all the action!

Beautiful neighborhood

Stopped in Wilmington for one night for business. So glad I booked this VRBO. Walk to the Riverwalk and have dinner over the water. Loved it.

Very Nice Home

We stayed on the first floor of the home. The location was very close to downtown and the riverwalk. It was very clean, had lots of room and was nicely decorated. The kitchen had nice appliance and had plenty of tableware. Communication with the owner was great, he replied quickly and provided plenty of information. The only issue I had was hearing the people on the second floor. They were not doing anything to be loud, but the house is old and you can hear whenever they are walking and the had a pet so you could also hear it running around.

Good location, quiet neighborhood that's a quick walk or lyft ride to shops and restaurants. The decor doesn't try to emulate the period that the house was built. Instead, it is just fun, with brightly colored accents and some of the coolest lighting fixtures and lamps I've seen! Also- they provide not just coffee, but also creamer! We enjoyed our 2 nights there-

Great place to stay.

Steve was a wonderful host. My family and I had a great stay at his place, which is located near downtown and convenient to everything we were looking for. We only stayed a night but my family enjoyed our time at the house which was located on a quiet street. Rooms were spacious and welcoming. Thank you Steve!

Super chill

The house is very nice, I liked that each bedroom has its own color theme. The kitchen is beautiful. I had a huge group of friends stay over and they thought it was very nice. I had a little trouble figuring out the ceiling fan in some of the rooms. Also be careful with the rugs because they are on top of wood floors and they like to move. The host is very communicative which was super helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Private off street as well as ample free on street parking as well.
This house combined with the other 3 bedroom is a masterpiece. Can be rented together for a total of 6 bedrooms and sleeps 16 total.
