Casa Avita is a sun-drenched, well-appointed home located just beyond the main gate of the luxury Punta Mita Resort. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, the villa offers expansive ocean views from every room and is designed to comfortably sleep 8–10 guests.

With access to the resort’s extensive amenities, Casa Avita delivers both privacy and convenience. One of the only homes in the development with a hot tub, the property offers rare, unobstructed views of the wild coastline below, creating an ideal setting for relaxation.

The home is adjacent to Kupuri and El Surf Beach Clubs, each offering excellent restaurants, bars, white-sand beaches, and aquamarine waters. Guests also enjoy access to a private gym, private beach, and an unserviced private beach cabana for Iyari guests.

Your stay includes Premier Membership access, a 6-seater golf cart, daily cleaning service, and chef services for brunch (excluded during discounted rates; guests pay for food). Concierge services are available to arrange airport transportation, activities, and excursions for a seamless, memorable stay.

Awesome Ownership and Management

We could not have been happier with our stay. The owners were incredible to deal with and everyone including the concierge, housekeeper, and chefs made our family stay quite special. Look forward to coming back very soon.

Thanksgiving week in PM

Casa Avita is a lovely new and well kept home in the new Iyari neighborhood. All the bedrooms have views of the water and the home is closest to Kapuri Beach club, although all the beach clubs are easily accessible with the included golf cart. Eli, the concierge, was very helpful, met us at check in, and had the second golf cart we had requested on site. He was quickly responsive to questions we had during our stay as well. PM is very busy during Thanksgiving week- we were grateful to have asked Eli to make dinner reservations for us for each night we were there. Overall a lovely stay and we would return.

Great Quick Last Minute Trip

The Owners were great and worked in a quick manner to make sure that we could make our last minute 4 day trip possible. Everything is as the owner states in the description of the property. The views from the covered patio were amazing and we were fortunate enough to see whales as they passed by on multiple mornings and afternoons of our stay. The location made it a quick trip out to the Surf Club for the boys every morning, and the relaxing hot tub was what they needed when they got back to the house. The house manager, Edgar, was amazing and even when we had a few hiccups he was quick to. respond and take care of the issues. He handled all of our transportation and made a few dinner reservations for us. We were fortunate to have Pamela cook for us every morning and she is great, she tailored the menu to what the boys wanted after the first morning and let's just say they did not complain. Having all 4 rooms with their own bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready for dinner. The rooms are very big with ample closet and storage space. With each having its own HVAC and Ceiling Fan. Every room in the house has a view of the Water. My favorite spot in. the house was a quiet little outdoor area on the second floor, the hammock and couch made it my little get away in the morning to have a cup of coffee and read. The only thing I wish is that we were able to stay longer.
