OCEANFRONT DOLPHIN MONTRE! Cette belle villa a été entièrement redécorée par un designer professionnel! La vue est spectaculaire. Vous serez en mesure de regarder les dauphins jouer toute la journée dans cette belle copropriété! Profitez d'une vue magnifique et dégagée sur l'océan depuis les deux balcons et salle de séjour dans ce charmant condo 2 chambres à Villamare 1302. Photo # 1 a été prise de notre villa balcon! La plage est à un jet de pierre loin de votre porte!

Meubles, cuisine, et les planchers sont comme neufs. Cette villa dispose d'un lit king size dans la chambre principale et 2 reines dans la chambre d'amis et un canapé-lit. Le 1200+ pieds carrés comprend également une cuisine complète, salle à manger, salon et 2 salles de bains dont 2 douches, un bain de trempage et 2 commodes. Pour votre commodité, un lave-linge et sèche-linge sont situés dans l'unité.

Villamare propose plusieurs services pour les clients. Ce magnifique complexe dispose d'une piscine intérieure et extérieure, de bains à remous ainsi que d'une salle d'entraînement mise à jour pour votre usage.

Cette propriété est maintenue par une société privée qui fournit un service d'urgence 24 heures pour des problèmes lors de votre séjour. La villa elle-même est nettoyée et inspectée chaque semaine.

We loved this condo! So close and convenient. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Everything is provided that you can possibly need. Only complaint was that the beach was being worked on for 3 days even in the night so it was a little disappointing. Other than that we would book again.

This was the 3rd Villamare unit we’ve rented, and by far the best. Amazing views and lovely decor. Comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen, and even a box of munchkins! Thank you for making our week so great!

Beautiful, well-equipped beachfront condo!

This property was perfect for a family trip to Palmetto Dunes. Cleanliness is very important to me and this condo was both modern and extremely clean. It was also very well equipped and had everything we could need or want. The location was great and provided easy access to both the beach and the pool and the views were incredible. I highly recommend this property and would love to stay again.

Perfect for our family

We had a wonderful week in Hilton Head. We've been coming to Palmetto Dunes on and off for nearly 10 years and this was one of our favorite properties to date. Villamare is conveniently located within Palmetto Dunes and the unit is convenient to to the pool and beach, great views, all the amenities you need, beautifully decorated and all around comfortable. Would recommend highly.

Loved it!!

Great location right on the beach! The condo was clean and the property manager was very accessible. The owner gave great instructions for check in. The neighborhood had loads of activities that were easily to bike to. The pool was awesome and heated which was nice for spring break in April! We will be back!!

The condo was beautiful and the view was amazing. Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and evening taking in the ocean view. The condo had everything we needed. The proximately to the beach meant that we could take morning and evening walks not to mention the daily ocean dip. The owners were wonderful to deal with and any all questions were answered quickly.. Highly recommend this condo!

Perfection

First visit to Hilton Head and this condo was not a disappointment. We've stayed at many beach front condos over the years but this was by far the best. The location, the views, the cleanliness and accomodations were all perfect. Communication from the time of booking until check-in was great as was the communication during our stay. No complaints at all. We will be back in the future and would hope to rent this unit again. Thank you for sharing this gem.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The condo was clean, in a great location, and more than enough room for our family of four. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony each morning. We weren’t expecting beach items to be available for use, but they were greatly appreciated! The property manager reached out to us early in the week to a check in which was above and beyond.

Very Nice Stay

We enjoyed the balcony and views every morning! Towels, starter dishwasher supplies and trash bags were supplied. They had beach supplies if you needed them. Ice machine down the hall was nice. Very nice rental. Only recommendations are: if you could provide dishwasher drying liquid so the dishes dry better, make the wifi password more visible as the tv directions we’re obscuring it and somehow had the dishes from previous renters put away Those are so minor, wonderful rental.

Property location was great! Room was suitable for a family of 5. View was amazing and everything was tidy! Recommend staying here, just be sure to pack beach towels. Most everything was provided.

Perfect Family Vacation

This is the perfect location. Easy access to the beach. The view was spectacular. We enjoyed the little extra view of the pond and the turtles. Condo was perfect for a small family with plenty of space. The owners were great to work with upon booking and we had no issues checking in or during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We have been traveling to Hilton Head Island for nearly 20 years with our four daughters and our extended family. Villamare was always our favorite place to stay as the views are fantastic! In 2010 we bought 1302 and one year later we bought 1307. It has been our joy to share this beautiful space with so many guests over the years!

This property has beautiful views of the ocean and beach. You really can see the dolphins! The beach is very close and it is convenient to walk there. This villa is also very close to the pool.

The grounds at Villamare are meticulously maintained and any walk outside the condominium is lovely.
