Pool was right out the back door, the boardwalk to the beach is the same for everyone whether you're beachfront of beach view. Great job of protecting the dunes and foliage and protecting homes against any hurricanes. Very comfortable for 4 adults and 3 children. Host had a cart, chairs, floaties, most everything you need for a beach vacation. Would rent this again.

We spent a very enjoyable week at Cape San Blas. The house was perfect for our family of 8. Close to the beach and only a 15 minute drive to Port St Joe. Nick was very communicative throughout our stay and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We will definitely be back in the future for another stay.

The house was fantastic! It was spacious, clean, fully equipped with everything we needed - even beach gear! Communication with Nick was SO easy before and during our stay. I will absolutely be staying here again next time we cost Cape San Blas!

This is a great house and a great location. This house stands out in the neighborhood due to having a back porch area and having a covering to protect from the sun. It’s easy to sit out back and watch the kids play. The walk to the beach was perfect and so easy with the boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was big enough for our party of 10. The proximity to the beach was perfect. The backyard was literally a playground for the teenagers - beach volleyball, pickle ball, and a pool right outside the back door. We appreciated the extra beach towels provided and the shed that contained beach equipment. The check in and check out process was a breeze. We will definitely be booking here again!

Had to request extra blankets, but they were sent and we received them next day. Water pressure in showers was TERRIBLE. One of the fire alarms upstairs had an annoying faint beeping sound.

We’re disappointed to see a 4-star review, especially given how quickly we worked to accommodate the requests during the stay. To clarify, the home was already stocked with blankets, but when the guest requested additional ones, we immediately placed a rush order and provided extra blankets for every room the following day. We were not made aware of the faint beeping from the upstairs smoke alarm during the stay. Had it been brought to our attention, we absolutely would have addressed it right away. Regarding the water pressure, we’re sorry it did not meet expectations. The home is connected to the public Cape San Blas water system, and during especially busy weekends and peak usage times, water pressure throughout the area can occasionally fluctuate. Unfortunately, that is outside of our control. We take a great deal of pride in this home and in being responsive to our guests, and we will always do everything within our control to make their stay as enjoyable as possible.

House was clean and in good condition. Excellent location with easy access to the beach and bay. Volleyball, pickleball, and pool located right behind the house and with kids this gave them an opportunity to enjoy the outdoors while we watched from the back deck. Host responded very quickly and communication of details were sent in a timely manner. The check-in process was super easy, and we would stay again when looking at Cape San Blas!

Family Trip

My family loved staying at this property. It’s just steps away from the beach and close to the pool, and pickle ball courts! The shed at the property was fully stocked with everything we needed for a day at the beach which was so convenient! Definitely would recommend staying here!

We loved our stay at this home! The owners made sure we had everything we needed and were quick and efficient if we needed anything! It had the perfect amount of space, and it was conveniently located to the pool and boardwalk! We would love to come back!

Very responsive and just as advertised! Great beach at this neighborhood. Second time we’ve stayed in this neighborhood, and we have enjoyed it both times. This house in particular fit us all very well!

Great family home

Our large family enjoyed our stay at this property. We especially loved the comfortable recliners in the living room, the very easy walkability to the beach (about 5 mins down the boardwalk), the wagon provided to lug our beach gear, and the community pool (which was never very crowded). Highly recommend for a nice family home!

Wonderful family vacation!

We enjoyed the house! It was the perfect size for 8 adults! Loved the beds and pillows! We had a playground in our backyard and really enjoyed playing Pickleball! The beach was perfect!

Perfect Location

Our family loved our stay! The house is very spacious and relaxing and the owners responded quickly to any questions that we had. It was great to have the pickleball and volleyball court right in the backyard and the short walk to the beach was very nice. We will be back!

Friends 4th trip

We love this house. The community is beautiful and the walk to the beach was easier then I expected. The beds and pillows were amazing. So much better then hotels. Loved that it was pet friendly.

This house is beautiful and a short walk to the beach. I loved that the pool is literally out your back door and that all beach gear was provided for use. Everything was so convenient. And you do not often find all bedrooms with king beds which was perfect for our family since our kids are all adults now. Nick was very quick to respond and a great host who even offered us an extra night at a discounted rate which we took because we loved it so much there. I would stay again for sure!
