This level has 1 guest bedroom with a queen bed, a street-front deck, and a personal door to the shared hall bathroom.

On the second floor, 2 Gulf-front guest bedrooms have king beds and walkouts to a furnished deck. The first shares the hall bathroom, and the second shares the Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the bunk room. On the opposite side of the home is a third guest bedroom featuring a queen bed and direct access to the hall bathroom, as well as a kid-friendly bunk room with a twin-over-twin bed, twin daybed, and trundle. Both include access to a street-facing deck. The laundry facility has full-sized, side-by-side appliances and a folding, floor-standing drying rack—perfect for swimsuits.
