After a sun-soaked day at the beach, kick back in the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space, or head to the fully fenced backyard to grill and gather around the propane fire pit under the stars.

This 3 bed / 3.5 bath retreat is thoughtfully appointed, with a well-stocked kitchen, Smart TVs in every room (with Hulu + Live TV, Disney+ & ESPN+), and plenty of extras to make your stay feel like home.

🚿 Enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water + hooks for towels/swimsuits.

🌭 Backyard with seating for 8, propane fire pit, and Weber gas grill (backup propane provided).

🎾 2 community pickleball courts (paddles + balls provided) and a swimming pool just across the street.

☕ Keurig Duo with a full coffee starter kit.

🍳 Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dinnerware for 12, crockpot, Instant Pot, Ninja blender, and more.

🧺 Starter kits for kitchen and bath (paper towels, dish pods, TP, trash bags, etc.).

🏖️ Beach gear provided: chairs, towels, umbrella, wagon, blanket, toys

👶 Large dog crate, baby gate, and white noise machines in each bedroom.

A Few Notes to Know:

📺 Cable is not included, but every TV is a Smart TV with a paid Hulu + Live TV subscription (includes Disney+ and ESPN+). You’re also welcome to stream from your own accounts.

🚤 No boat/trailer parking is allowed in the driveway or common areas per HOA. We can help you find marina storage nearby.

🔒 The only locked space is the private storage closet off the master bath.

You’ll have full access to the home and amenities, and our local team is just a call away for any housekeeping or maintenance needs.
