Bed layout in Main Red House:
Master on top level has a king, the loft area outside Master has a single, there are two bedrooms on the main level, each with a queen and bunk bed (one bunk bed has a full on the bottom), the bedroom on the game room level has 1 single and one day bed with a trundle (so sleeps 3)

Bed layout in Cottage:
Two bedrooms on the lower level and two upstairs. Lower level has one with a queen, and one bedroom with a twin/single and a bunk bed. Two bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom with 2 twin/single beds, and one with a queen

Bed layout in Main White House:
7 total bedrooms. Two on the lower level, one with a queen bed and one with a queen sleeper sofa. Four bedrooms on the second level. The Master bedroom with a king, the second bedroom with a queen, the third bedroom with a queen bed plus a bunk bed that is a full on the top and bottom, and the fourth bedroom with a queen bed. The third level bedroom has 7 twin beds.

The 4 kitchens are perfect for cooking for large families or groups. Kitchens are fully equipped with all the tools you need to prepare great meals for family and friends.

4 total laundry areas with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

5 minute walk to popular restaurants and night spots.

Property is located about 1 mile from Big Boulder, 4 miles from Jack Frost and 2 miles from the H20 indoor water park and the Galleria at Split Rock.

Minutes from numerous activities such as horseback riding, paintball, hiking, white water rafting, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, shopping, and golf.

Lake Harmony is located 90 miles from NYC & Philadelphia, and is a private powerboat lake that permits fishing, power boating (If you are bringing your boat, please call owner for a copy of the registration form), water skiing, sailing and jet skiing (there are no jet ski rentals).

Shopping outlets, Hickory Run State Park, Jim Thorpe (a city steeped in history) all within 30 minutes of house.
Other things to note
WHY RENT HERE - There are a ton of things to do in the area, such as hiking, bike riding, fishing, golf, shooting range, boating, frisbee golf, horseback riding, mini-golf, mountain climbing, and much more!

PLEASE CHECK WITH OWNER FOR RATES BECAUSE RATE STRUCTURE ON VRBO CAN SOMETIMES BE CONFUSING AND RATES MAY BE DIFFERENT THAN SHOWN:

Minimum rental is usually 2 nights and if you want to rent a Friday or Sat night, the full weekend rate applies to the second night whether it is a Thurs or a Sunday.

Nightly rate is generally an add on to a weekend rental. If you want to rent just mid week, the night rate depends on when you want to stay and how long.

Summer weekly rentals are usually Sunday to Sunday, but less than a week is possible if they usually start or end on a Sunday, but depends on when and how long.

PERSON RENTING NEEDS TO BE 25 OR OLDER. FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN ARE WELCOME
