Contemporary Home , with a private separate entrance to an In-Law Suite. Property is set up on a hill that is one tenth of a mile from the street. Walking distance to park, and the Four Corners Village, which includes an art gallery, shops, restaurants and market. Near two local beaches, Fogland Beach, and Grinnell Beach.

Beautiful, private country setting

This is a very special contemporary home with gorgeous views, surrounded by nature. The location is very convenient for beaches, walks, kayaking and also trips to Newport and Providence. The hosts are wonderful and very welcoming.

Quiet and peaceful

Ann was a terrific host who went out of her way to accommodate and ensure a nice stay. The property is beautiful and location is great for 4 corners area and north enough to jump on 24 easily to Newport/Bristol. The house is a side by side apartment. The accommodations, while slightly dated, are in great shape and the windows are everywhere. Definitely recommend.

Perfect location

Ann's home was the perfect landing place for my daughter and me to visit in Rhode Island and Massachusetts with family and friends. If you want to experience a slower, quieter way of life, consider time in Tiverton/Little Compton. Conveniently located close to Tiverton Four Corners and the shops and eating places there. Ann was a gracious hostess and made sure that we had fans and air conditioning units to help with the heat and humidity. The kitchen is well-stocked and the full-size fridge is convenient for longer stays.

birthday in Tiverton

Beautiful home and yard. Close to all the places we wanted to visit. We are all older and really enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood. We lived on one side of the house and she on the other, separated by a hall with our own door. We would not have known that anyone was around except for the times when I called and would ask questions. our kitchen, bath and bedrooms were very nice as was our host

Quiet Country Charm

This rental is in a quiet residential area, convenient to the Tiverton Four Corners arts and shopping district. The unit was super clean, spacious for a small family, and well appointed with amenities. The owner lives on site (two unit house with a shared entrance) and was responsive to any needs that arose, but we still felt we had total privacy. Owner was very gracious and friendly in our interactions. Tiverton is also convenient: Bristol, Providence, Newport are all about 30 minutes away by car. Would definitely return and enthusiastically recommend for anyone looking in this area!

Winter Getaway in Tiverton, RI

From the moment that I first contacted the Owner, She was Most Welcoming to us and to our Furry Family Member! Upon arrival, She continued her very welcoming ways! Our Guest Apartment was on One Side of the Family Home and we found it to be Clean, Very Comfortable and Private. Our Hostess had even added some food items and Special Items for our Furry Family Member which was so Kind! The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for some wonderful walks with our canine companion. We had an Enjoyable Stay at this most comfortable Home and we look forward to returning soon!

A wonderful host

Ann could not be a more accommodating host, start to finish. The guest side of the house was an ideal size for our family of four in the charming Tiverton/Little Compton area. An especially appealing feature of the main living/dining room is the end-to-end, floor to ceiling windows looking out on the well-kept garden with a panoramic view out to the Sakonnet River that's really a wide bay. When not at the ocean beach down in Little Compton, that where we swam at a very nearby town beach that felt like being on a salty lake. We very much appreciated Ann's attentiveness and kindness in response to any question.
