Spacious Tiny House with incredible water views. Pet friendly. Private+Clean. No Parties.

Main floor has full bathroom, dressing room, kitchenette, dining table/chairs, sofas, TV. Sleeping loft has 1 Queen+3 Twin beds.

Tucked away in a quiet seaside neighborhood. Minutes drive to the adorable Warren Historic Waterfront District and other necessities. Kayaks available nearby.

25 min to Providence, 30 min to Newport+Beaches, 10 min to Bristol+RWU

This custom tiny house was meticulously crafted by hand. Located in the quiet hilly seaside neighborhood of Laurel Park in Warren, Rhode Island, you’ll enjoy picturesque views of the Kickemuit River.

Entire place is air conditioned and heated.

Main floor has a kitchenette, full bathroom, dressing room, couch, loveseat, Roku TV, and folding table and chairs for optional dining space.

The kitchenette has a sink, mini fridge/freezer, microwave, portable induction cooktop, and all of the utensils, dishes, and cookware you will need for your stay.

Full bathroom has a shower, toilet, and small sink. All linens and towels provided for your stay. Additional dressing room allows for a private space to get ready to explore the town.

Upstairs in the sleeping loft you’ll find a Queen Bed, 2 Twin Beds and an additional Twin rollaway trundle bed. We can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The East Bay Bike Path cuts right through Warren - Bring your bikes!! 2 Kayaks available for guests.

Small/Medium sized pets only. 1 pet maximum per stay. Pet fee required.

Tiny home is on our property, but it is private and secluded from the main house. This rental does not include access to any outdoor space other than the driveway.

Self check in/out - you shouldn’t expect to encounter anyone else during your stay. I am available 24/7 via phone email and text during your stay. We live next door, so I can help with any issues that arise.

This is a perfect accommodation if you are dropping your son/daughter off at Roger Williams or any of the neighboring schools. It was clean. It’s in a good neighborhood with secure parking and the uber driver had no problem finding it. The host was flexible and polite. The accommodations are true to fit; it is a tiny house and uses space very efficiently and it was perfect for evenings and relaxing. Access to beds was up a ladder and sleeping was very, very comfortable

Really nice house. If you plan to stay--think about the loft bedroom. It's fine! But a little challenge using the bathroom at night :)Charming tiny house. But for sure: tiny. Great for 2 people. We had one overnight guest & that was fine, too.CENTRALLY LOCATED!! Close to beaches and other great spots. If you cycle, there are at least 3 really nice rail trails close by.Downtown Warren is really quaint & welcoming. Good food!

Perfect little house! My kids and I needed a place to stay while touring some local colleges. Beds were very comfortable, amenities worked perfectly, and parking was easy. Only about 30 minutes from Newport, so we'll definitely be back for weekend trips!

Cute tiny house nice location

Enjoyed our stay in the tiny house. Perfect little spot for a couple or small family. Short walk down to a private little beach (there is a decent hill to walk down, but doable!). Lots of restaurants and conveniences nearby. We happened to be there on a 90 degree day and the sleeping loft was a bit toasty but it was manageable. The lower level was cool with AC. Overall very clean, easy parking, no complaints.

Cozy, comfy little house

This was the perfect place for my 17 year old daughter and myself. We were in town for a funeral and wanted a place to sleep & then just relax between events. The beds are super comfy and loved the bedding/comforters. Finding the tiny house was easy and loved that there was a parking spot right out front. Hosts made everything easy.

Comfortable and well advertised

Great place, very simple and well stocked for any needs. Lots of free streaming channels. Fans, AC and heat available to make yourself comfortable. By no means a concern with the stay itself but if you stay here i would recommend personal means of transportation.

Perfect Location

Located in Warren, this location is perfect for access to Providence, Newport etc. The little house was perfect for me and my partner. My basset hound loved it too. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Super cute place for our 2 day stay

We really enjoyed this tiny house! We were out and about all during the day, only there in the evening essentially to sleep, but it had what we needed and it was clean with a thoughtful design that maximizes its space. The little beach at the end of the street has a magical view! I would definitely consider staying here again.
