Quaint and quiet 2 BR /2 BA. This property is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Main house is located next door and a fence separates the neighbors house. Recreation room downstairs with pool table, dart board, games, exercise equipment, washer and dryer. The ceiling upstairs is sloped. This is a barndominium, with non standard dimensions, which makes the upstairs smaller than the downstairs. Complimentary coffee provided.
Located 2 miles from Remmel Dam where you have Lake Catherine access- fishing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, playground and picnic area. Ouachita river access where you can enjoy about a 6 mile kayak or canoe float to the Ouachita River Whitewater park in Malvern. https://www.rightkindoflost.com/remmel-to-rock-port-a-great-float-for-beginners/
14 miles to historic downtown Hot Springs where you will find galleries, shops, bathhouses, restaurants, hiking trails and the hot water springs. Oaklawn Racing and Casino and Magic Springs theme park is about a 20-minute drive.
There are two security cameras with audio. One is on the pine tree just above the solar panel by the wood pile and the other is above the front door.

Clean and in a good neighborhood/location. Should be a disclaimer that this is a “tiny home”. Shower upstairs is smaller than some RV showers. Can’t stand upright in parts of the bedroom without hitting your head. Again it was clean, just didn’t turn out as advertised.

Fantastic property with beautiful trees and some local wildlife. All of the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the rec room was fantastic (we played billiards and darts), and the owner was quick to respond. Our family had a great time and would absolutely stay here again. I recommend highly.

Fun rental on a quiet street

We enjoyed your stay. The rental (barn) was just right for us. Very close to Hot Springs, but fun to hang out in if you decide to stay in. We really enjoyed the pool table and the atmosphere. Great place to just hang out.

It was great there.

It was very nice. Enjoyed it there, it was very relaxing and fun. I liked that they had baby stuff there. There was a little highchair seat, play pen and other things as well. It was fun for the kids there was lots of games to play there and things to do. Over all its nice there and family friendly.

Cute apartment with game room

This was perfect for our short stay! It is small but the gameroom provided extra space that we really enjoyed! Very responsive and accommodating!

First Stay in AR

Owner was accommodating and extremely prompt in answering any questions we had. It was enough space for five people, and the kids enjoyed the large play area. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood. The showers were a bit small for larger adults; overall, the stay was good!

Great stay

We had a great stay! Had a little trouble getting the code to get in. little spot. FYI not big people friendly! Other that those thing great place to stay for a weekend get away!

People were nice, although didn't read directions on how to navigate to place and did not read rules as far as putting cigarette butts in fire pit as opposed to using the butt can . Nobody obviously read the directions to the place or the house rules. I will say that the booker was nice.

It was good

It was nice A/C was great didn’t care for the stairs and the ceiling going down to the second room but nice. The only thing was the shower upstairs was really small and tight and the cabin really needs a regular size ironing board other than that everything else was good. Thank you

Quiet property close to hot springs

Great location. The neighborhood is completely hidden from the highway and we felt very safe. Saw several deer as we entered the neighborhood. Internet connectivity was a little spotty, but weren't on site for much time so it didn't bother us.The location was very convenient to everything we wanted to see. The kids thought it was really cool to stay in a barn!

We had a great stay at Kim’s place! There is a bedroom and bathroom downstairs where the game room is. The other bedroom is between the stairs to the game room and the living/kitchen/other bathroom. Our only issue was that you can’t access the outside area/firepit from the lower level (game room/bedroom). You must go back upstairs, and out the front door. It was only an issue for us because our toddler was sleeping in the living room. Just something to note for future guests! Location was great and easy to find. We still had a great time and appreciate Kim for hosting us!

Very nice quiet place to stay!

We had a lot of fun with the various activities downstairs. The neighborhood was very quiet and the property was as described. We didn't cook in the kitchen, but rather heated up food and at breakfast. The had two microwaves in the unit, a toaster over, toaster, etc. There is a flight of stairs to get into the unit and one of the bedrooms, rec room, and kitchen table are in the lower level, so there are stairs. The unit does have lower ceilings in the upper floor, but I am 6'3" and really didn't have any issues. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Great spot

Nice, tucked away and peaceful location. Accurate to listing with lots to do in the rec room. There is no stove as the pictures show and we planned accordingly to use the hot-plates, electric griddle and propane grill that the hosts have on site. They were also communicative and very helpful. Definitely recommend.

Fun relaxed visit

We loved the laid back quiet neighborhood and this quirky, fun little house. It is small, cozy, and comfortable. The downstairs game room was so fun for our family to play in at night. We also enjoyed the fire pit, with the lovely woods filled with fireflies. It is only about 15 minutes from Hot Springs and other activities. It is a converted barn, so be prepared for sloped ceilings and climbing up and down stairs that are a bit challenging, but that said, this place had everything we needed and had character! We had a great stay!

Thought was in country by itself but there were houses close by.Was still very enjoyable though.Cleaning fee is ridiculous though considering ur exspected to do most all the cleaning urself.
