It was our first time ever to Arkansas and everything was great. I’d love to stay here again. It was right in the middle of everything we went to see. The neighbors were so friendly and helpful. My daughter and I loved getting up early and sitting on the balcony to squirrel and turtle watch.

Pictures do this property justice. We enjoyed our stay and got what we payed for.Unable to use the pool, it was dirty, broken pool furniture, cigarette butts all over the concrete.Property had some broken items and pics were sent to the owner.It was close to the lake but probably wouldn't rent it again.

I have no idea what this guy is talking about. We never received any pictures or any communication from Rob. Thinking he stayed somewhere else maybe? We’ve never had a guest complain about the pool area.

We loved this condo and the surrounding lake view. There were so many places to eat and activities for the children. The only caveat I would add is that the king sized bed was too elevated and I could not get on it. We slept in the smaller bed but it was comfortable. The condo was very comfortable and we all enjoyed our stay.

Zero complaints. We love the space had a blast. The kids loved how close it was to the pool literally basically right outside the door. The view to the lake is perfect. The breeze in the morning times through the side door is amazing. Location is great for Lake Hamilton and amazing restaurants. Not far from Magic Springs or downtown. Very easy to get to as well.

This was a very nice condo. It has large rooms and everything was provided that we needed. It was very clean and has a beautiful view of the lake. The pool was right next door. We loved it!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The property was easy to find and clean. There were plenty of kitchen items to cook as we desired. It was close to several entertainments, shopping and eateries. We would stay there again.

We loved our stay! This place was super clean, stocked with everything we needed, the place looked just as pictured, and has a nice lake view. We did have access to a pool, however did not have time to use it. Communication was always fast and very detailed. We will definitely stay here again when in Hot Springs.
