Disney+/Hulu Maxx, Paramount, Fandango, Peacock & Amazon Prime accounts set up on tv’s. Comfort is key with super soft Queen sized pillow top bed in the master bedroom and a full sized pillow top bed in the second bedroom. Upon arrival door code machine needed new batteries but taken care of promptly..Ran out of paper towels in kitchen but bought more..Have to eat at picnic table no eating area inside..Mosquitoes will eat yo alive out there..Good if you just want to sleep..No accesss to lake

Third stay at Gretchen's houses

We all luved our stay. The first time I stayed at these properties it was cold and it was just me, my dog, and cat. I sat out by the fire pit for hours at night stoking the fire and just talking to my babies. During the day I put my cat in the stroller and leashed the dog and we walked the neighborhood. It was so relaxing and quiet. That time I was in the smaller cabin but with my family we stayed twice in the 2 bedroom. I was so grateful it has a washer/ dryer because after sweating profusely pushing mom in the wheelchair and pulling my now geriatric dog in the wagon at garvan woodland gardens we were happy to b able to wash our stinky clothes. I liked that there r ample pillows and comfortable beds. Mom was so excited that there was coffee, creamer, and sugar because she had forgotten hers. Oh and we couldn't resist using the complete pancake mix with syrup one morning. I was glad I had brought butter for this delicious treat. We even had lotion, qtips, and cotton balls for our convenience. These little thoughtful additions keep me choosing these properties. Thank u Gretchen for providing quality properties that didn't break the bank.

Excellent little house

We loved staying at this little house near Lake Hamilton. Gretchen was a great host, very responsive and nice. The house was spotless and an excellent place to stay for a short trip!

Cute place with everything you need. It was organized and clean. The beds were comfy. Washer is a bit noisy but not an issue.

Our pleasant stay

The place is small but well done. Comfortable beds, clean large bathroom and nicely stocked Kitchen. Very clean and easily accessed. Short drive to historic bath houses and Oaklawn Horse racing. Highly recommend!

Nice place to stay in Hot Springs

Everything was fine, as expected. The washer/dryer was nice to have access to. Location was good. If we stayed again, we would bring our fishing poles! There were a few cold nights and there are only large space heaters in the house. Otherwise, no complaints. Thank you!

Nice Stay

Really enjoyed our stay here in Hot Springs. Have been to Hot Springs many times and the location here was the best yet. Gretchen was great with communication and was very prompt with answers to my questions. The house was clean and had all the needed kitchen items. There was a small issue with the traffic speed on the road. It is a small road with a speed limit of 25, but many of the local folks would race by. We would definitely recommend this house and plan to come back next year.

We enjoyed our stay at this yellow and gray themed house. It was very clean and organized and we appreciated the portable heaters for each room given the time of year we were there.

wonderful cozy little cabin! comfy beds..everything you need (with kitchen!) for less than a hotel room! close to everything downtown 15 minutes walmart and grocery 5 minutes..not fancy but comfortable!
