Fully remodeled 4 bed home in quiet cul-de-sac in beautiful Bonita. Perfect indoor outdoor living 3000+ sqft home. Two fully retractable doors lead out to the huge wrap-around pool and perfectly landscaped garden. The kitchen is perfect for entertaining and full of high spec, connected appliances (Frdg frez, 2x oven, dwashr, microw). 3 full bathrooms (2 en-suite) each have large showers. Fully equipped office. Laundry room with washer/dryer. Two car garage. Gym equipment. Grill. Patio furniture.

Local Stay
Quiet neighborhood in family friendly surroundings. Living room sofa is white as a result the dirt on arrival is evident. A week after arriving the water heater went out and took a week prior to repair; unacceptable. I had to relight, with owners permission daily. The kitchen faucet leaks at base of pull down nipple. The smoke alarm in master bedroom went off chirping at 3am. I was able to reset push button, but the ceiling was too high to replace battery. Multiple outlets and switches are either inoperable or unknown what they turn on or off. Overall I was grateful to stay as my home is under repairs.

Perfect
Extremely spacious, clean & beautifully presented - we had an amazing time here. There were two adults and four kids in our party but you could easily accommodate a larger party. It has a vast, well-equipped kitchen with a double oven as well as bluettoth speaker system & BBQ. The utility room with massive washer & dryer meant we didn't return home with loads of washing - and the kids loved the pool and the huge TV! It has a huge drive so parking is no problem. The area is super quiet but only a couple of minutes from the freeway so it's easy to reach the beaches - and even easier to get to the local golf courses. All in all a fantastic find and we'd love to return sometime. Paul was an awesome host!

A hot tub was advertised, it and the pool were not heated. The furniture was dirty in the living room.We were disappointed in no pool or hot tub. Otherwise it was a nice quiet neighborhood.

Monica and I love the location it's close to the things we loved. Her parents are in the neighborhood, there are tonnes of outdoor activities like golf, biking, swimming, fishing, or hanging at the beautiful local beaches.

Our home is perfect for indoor outdoor living. Huge doors fully open to the wrap around pool on two sides of the home. Make the most of our fully remodeled home and high end kitchen. Perfect for entertaining family and friends.
