Within walking distance of beach access to some of the most beautiful beaches you will find, the location could not be any better. Inside the beach casita, you will have everything you need for a relaxing retreat!

You'll have a great night's sleep, no matter which room you choose. The beds are exceptionally comfy and the theme is very cozy! In one bedroom, you will have a queen bed + a smart TV to yourself. In the larger bedroom, you will find two queen beds.

The one full bathroom has a combo shower/tub and is stocked with all the bathroom essentials you could need, including plenty of shower towels, makeup towels, Q-tips, cotton balls, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash.

Sit back and relax in the beautiful, beach inspired design of the main living area! With a fun, beach mural, comfy seating, and a smart TV, you will experience the true relaxation of Panama City Beach.

The kitchen has been completely renovated with new, modern appliances and the same bright, beach theme. The kitchen is, of course, fully equipped with a coffee station (Keurig & coffee pods included), as well as a dining table with ample space!

The truly special piece of this home is the outdoor area. Right off of the kitchen, you have access to a beautiful deck. Here you can enjoy the beach weather under the string lights at the outdoor dining area! Just beyond the deck, you will be welcomed into the fully fenced backyard (shared with the other unit in this duplex). Here is the perfect spot to bring your pets; tons of open grassy area, as well as lots of space for you and your family to sit at the picnic table or around the fire pit. This large, private backyard is a rare find!

And, of course, you are just a few minutes walk from access to some of the most beautiful beaches you will ever see!

Everything was pretty good except the property info detailed a fenced in yard, and did not detail that you share thst space with another renter. When you request properties with fenced in yards for your dog but you share with other people that is concerning. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

The yard is perfect. We could allow our dog to walk around and roam free. There are neighbors who share your yard but we had no issues with neither one of the neighbors who stayed while we were there. The beds were super comfy. this place was amazing so close to the beach. Nice gas station not even a half a min drive from the house. And a dollar general not 3 mins from the place. We did have to drive a little to have better access to the beach but if you just want to do a quick walk to see the beach no issue. I LOVED the paint. Very inspiring. I love to paint my walls differently as well so this felt right at home. Even the bunk beds in the other room were comfy. There are cool lights over the porch and a gas fire pit. Lots of room for seating. Plenty of space for parking. I loved the fact that we could just open the dog and not have to worry about neither dog nor baby getting out because of the huge yard. And there was a water hose. If we weren’t so busy it would have been perfect for a small pool or slide. Will stay again if we come back to this area. Thank you for the stay it was so nice. Thanks for welcoming us into your beautiful home

You get what you pay for . Informed host the first day we were there we noticed alot of dog feces in the shared yard , she said she'd have her cleaning lady come out to get it. We saw the cleaner there at least three times during our stay "cleaning" the next door unit and she never picked it up along with a random large wire coming out of the ground near the properties fire pit. Spiders definitely kept us company during our stay. Lots of cracks and broken pieces of flooring. Paid for damage protection and got an invoice two weeks after my stay for towels and a sheet for 73 dollars. But atleast the host was great at communicating.
