Peaceful, close to water attractions & Fishing

Lovely beach getaway home. Great outdoor entertaining with plenty of comfy seating inside and out. Come relax blocks from the water. Lagoon with all the pontoon boat rentals for Shell Island and fishing on one side, beach few blocks other direction. And don’t forget about St. Andrews State Park just minutes away. Plenty of restaurants near by or travel down the beach to many other options in just a short drive. Tucked away off the world famous Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach in a quiet neighborhood. 10 minute walk or minutes drive to Schooners on the beach. Great beach restaurant with open ocean view seating. This house has been in the family since the 70’s. We have put new floors in and are still wanting to remodel the kitchen with new cabinets. Its nothing fancy, but it’s fairly priced. It’s a wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood. Gas grill on patio to grill out. Enjoy complete relaxation and come stay on Panama City Beach. We hope you like our home. It’s simple and complete with what you’ll need to enjoy yourself. If there is something you see we should have, just ask. We’ll run it by for you!

yes the property was welcoming to our pets but the beach was not. We usually walk on the beach with our little dogs but the beach does not welcome dogs. The 400 yards that does let dogs in was not convenient for us. The house was very clean and had everything you would need.

Great house a short walk to the beach

Great house! Stayed with my wife, 4 kids, and our dog and had a great time. The house is just a few blocks from the beach. We enjoyed the beach and having less traffic and congestion than spots further West.

Best place in Panama City!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! It had everything we needed plus more! The owners were very kind and very helpful! The house was gorgeous and was in walking distance to a lot of stuff! We really enjoyed our time there! Would give them a 10 if I could!

Weekend trip

We went on memorial day weekend. The locations is great for capt anderson area. We had our dog with us to test how he would like the beach. The place was great and host was great to work with. Only issue was one section of fenced in back yard is around 2 ft tall. We were aware of this before trip. So we had planned for it.

Evacuating Hurricane Milton

Beautiful home, all the amenities. Close to beach. The Bakers were very accomidating on short notice. We had to evac from Hurricain Milton Hurricane Milton.

Cozy beautiful home

This home is so cozy and beautiful. It is located close to all the things you would wish to do. We loved it. All you need to pack is your clothes the rest is in the house. Best ever.

The 3-star outside look to the house does not do the 5-star inside justice. Very comfortable. Very clean. There was nothing whatsoever to complain about. If we return to PCB, we will stay here!

Great little place

We really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location for us because we had to bring our senior dog, meaning no stairs and a great floor plan for her ease of moving around. We're also not big on the Front Beach Road scene and enjoy the less touristy end close to St. Andrews State Park. It was also easy to walk or drive to the beach access #5. The layout was perfect of the home was perfect. The sliding glass door isn't the easiest to open, but worked fine. Adam was very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. We will be looking to stay at this cozy little home in the future with our pup! Highly recommend!

We chose this house based on our previous experience with the home and the communication from the host. We love that the home is dog friendly. It has the "hey, we really love that your dog could come with you" feel. Other places have allowed dogs, but don't just don't have the same relaxed feeling. Our dog's bed goes on the floor in the room with the twin beds. She is a high anxiety dog, but is so comfortable in the home, she'll go to her bed to hang out just because she can.The neighborhood is quiet and away from the crowded and louder Pier Park and popular Front Beach Rd. attractions. However, if you are heading that way there are multiple routes to get where you are going. It is just down the road from St. Andrews State Park. Schooners and several public beach accesses are 3/4 of a mile or less away. Adam has always been quick to respond to questions or provide information. He also let us know the day before that all was ready for an early check-in.

More then expected!!

We were so very happy with home in every aspect! It was very warm and cozy made you feel like you was at home. They have the home stocked above what most people do. The master bed was very comfortable! Can’t say about the other beds as it was just the 2 of was here. The yard was really nice and totally fenced in. We were so grateful that they opened there home to us to bring our fur babies (boxers)with us. We are so hopefully looking forward to being able to spend many more vacations at your home. Host was very accommodating. We had an issue with a Vrbo stay that owner sold his place and we had traveled 800 miles and no where to go. Adam in Panama City and his folks rented to us last minute so we were not stuck. The Katy Christian Cottage and the owners were awesome. Loved our 44 day stay and our dogs loved it too.
